Chronic Nausea/IGG4 Help
So I’ve been having one hell of a time with chronic nausea and a bunch of other weird symptoms, one that we were hoping would go away after my endo surgery and appendectomy to fix my chronic appendicitis. My doctor thought it might be autoimmune, but then my ANA came back as negative and I failed out at the 1:80 titre.I thought that was it but then I got a notification that something else came back abnormal, and it turns out my IGG4 was quite high. I was at 179 ug/L.
Has anyone ever had a blood test come back with a high IGG4 sub-class? When I look it up it says it’s correlated to IGG4-RD and other diseases, but I can’t seem to find any sources or studies that say what the “other diseases” are. I am nearly certain I don’t have IGG4-RD because I think they would’ve seen enlarged organs on my MRI, so I’m trying to figure out if it’s linked to or could be caused by something else. So if anyone knows what this marker is or if they’ve also tested high, I would really appreciate it!
