Can the Arcanum Scholars Drive a Car: Headcanons
Ignus Ferric: If you give him some time to fiddle with the car, and maybe a point of advice or two, he could probably drive it cometently.
Tarrak Hadfield: Most cars are too short for him and his antlers. The only car that'd accomodate him are the JFK style topless cars. Probably doesn't bother to learn.
Ione Virga: She could probably operate ANY sort of machinery or vehicle. Her dad probably helped her get a forklift operating license at 8.
Zander: He can't drive conventionally, but he has probably telekinetically lifted a truck while he was in it. (How he made his epic getaway from the police after his Zand the Bandit'ing IMO)
Baba Yaga: Who needs cars when you've got a walking house?
Qismah Shasa: Not a skill she currently has but I can see her being able to pick up driving rather quickly.
Jaki Whisperwind: She KNOWS she cannot drive. Driving takes so much focused attention on One Task with the threat of bodily harm or death to yourself and others if your concentration slips once. No thanks!
Velma von Venkman: Learner's permit. She's old enough to get a full license by now, but living and working in the Arcanum fulltime kinda takes precedence.

Maulwurf von Trap: Ah yes, let's put the partially blind arsonist whose music is particularly combustible into a contraption filled with highly flammable fuel that requires sight to operate and often comes with a radio that plays music!
