if anyone was wondering how talking to The World’s Most Suspicious Letting Agency was going:

- Responded to the SAR by just saying “the only thing we have is the application you gave us”, without actually providing copies of it which is... what an SAR is for. Like you have to turn over documents that’s what it is.

- Claimed they didn’t contact any third parties about anything in the application so they have nothing to disclose, even though I can literally see a tenancy insurance search on my credit file

- Also, if you didn’t contact any third parties it means you didn’t bother to verify any references. You actually do have to do that, you know, it isn’t optional.

- Claimed there’s no written correspondence with the landlord even though they have a duty to a) inform the landlord in writing of an application b) provide all the information in an application (including the references they didn’t verify) and c) take notice in writing of the landlord’s decision like buddy idk how to tell you this but uhhhhhhhhhh admitting to fucking up on like 5 different sections of the mandatory code just so you can hide a rejection decision is....... not? really a good idea?

they soft blocked me lol so APPARENTLY that friendship meant quite literally nothing to them. if you only ever shut yourself off and lash out at friends and strangers alike at any given moment how can you have the nerve to cry when no one is around to help? how can you yell when no one is around to comfort? how can you scream about no one being a good friend when you don’t even fucking try first? ridiculous. I’m annoyed. I’m pissed off. this child has honestly made me annoyed. their isolation is nothing but their own doing
