I feel compelled to say "to me." whenever i do a fandom analysis or character meta. this is because I love when people take characters and do something different and interesting with them, everything is a collaboration and we are rival researchers, if not for the distances between our universities would see you felled on my blade(not normal abt), or giggling and playing footsies under the table. I'm not especially attached to my head-canons and break them all the time. things I think are fun when i post them in the context of fan works i generally wont agree in within the context of the canon itself. I myself am addicted to interpreting my blorbos in such a way that are intentionally contradictory to fanon for the love of the game and expect very few to be on board. as is life. I source fanon to contradict for that very reason.

i need to get this out of my system even though its the social contract of fandom to acknowledge this, however the specters of battles long over haunt me, still fighting that forgotten war. and I have a duty of those alive now to warn them to not make those same mistakes.

Ok but classism is an issue?  and sometimes people that are oppressed in one way don’t notice the way other people are oppressed  and its not about saying oh this rich black guy is as bad as the racists because he’s rich  it can be important to step back and think about the experiences of other people that are oppressed in ways different to you and sometimes that's going to be awkward
