Ingredients: 3-4 PCs chicken fillet (you can substitute Turkey) 0.5 cups of pureed tomatoes(or 1.5-2 tbsp tomato paste, dilute slightly with water) 1/3 -¼ Cup of soy sauce 1st.l. honey 1st.l. sesame oil(optional, but delicious) Red pepper

Preparation: Chicken mode into small pieces, add all other ingredients, thoroughly the whole thing, mix and leave to marinate for a table for 1 hour. Heat the pan, spread our chicken along with the marinade, level. Fry for 2 minutes, without a lid, turn it over. Another 2 minutes fry - turn. If necessary, repeat the procedure a third time. Cover with a lid and simmer for 2-3 minutes. No need to roast a chicken and it will become hard, the maximum is allot 8-10 minutes. The chicken is soft, juicy, flavorful and literally melts in your mouth

Ингредиенты: 3-4 шт куринных филе (можно заменить на индейку) 0,5 стакана перетертых томатов(или 1,5-2 с.л. томатной пасты разведите слегка водой) 1/3 -1/4 стакана соевого соуса 1ст.л. меда 1ст.л. кунжутного масла(опционально, но с ним вкуснее) Красный перец

Приготовление: Куриное филе режим на небольшие кусочки, добавляем все остальные ингредиенты, тщательно все это дело смешиваем и оставляем мариноваться на столе на 1 час. Нагреваем сковороду, выкладываем нашу курочку вместе с маринадом, разравниваем. Жарим 2 минуты без крышки, переворачиваем. Еще 2 минуты жарим - переворачиваем. Если нужно, то повторяем процедуру и третий раз. Накрываем крышкой и тушим 2-3 минуты. Не нужно долго жарить курицу, а то она станет жесткой, максимум на это отводим 8-10 минут. Курочка получается мягкая, сочная, ароматная и буквально тает во рту
