Cheese soup
Ingredients: - 500 gr chicken fillet - 400 g cream cheese - 150 gr of rice - 400 g of potatoes 150 gr of carrots 150 gr onion Sol - pepper - herbs to taste
Chicken fillet pour 3 liters of water, season with salt and pepper and cook until tender (about 20 minutes after boiling). When fillet is ready, it should be removed.
In the boiling broth add rice, cook for 10 minutes. Onions finely crumble. Carrots grate on a fine grater. Potatoes clean, cut into cubes or cubes. Meat cut into small pieces.
In the broth add the potatoes. Add the onion. And carrots. Cook for 5-7 minutes. Then add meat, cook until cooked potatoes.
Add cheese, mix well and remove from heat.
When serving sprinkle with herbs.
