“Kadu Jadon”

2. Do you know why are you named that?

"They are both family names.”

3. Are you single or taken?

“My marriage is sanctioned by the Jedi Council.”

4. Have any abilities or powers?

“I am the Barsen’thor. The Force is my guide.”

5. Stop being a Mary Sue.

“As an avid science fiction reader, I find the concept of a Mary Sue refreshing. We read fiction to escape reality. I say let the woman have it all.”

6. What’s your eye color?

“Orange, but Jurr says that it reminds her of fire.”

7. How about your hair color?

“I’m, not exactly sure what you’d call it. Light brown to match my fur, perhaps?”

8. Have any family members?

“My father is a senator, both he, my mother, and my littermates still live. I see them from time to time on Coruscant. Apart from them, I have my wife Jurr, and her entire squad to look after. I’ve also been given custody of a Padawan lately...that’s been interesting.”

“Our lifestyle is not conducive to pets, but one day I would like to get an akk hound to stay with Jurr when I can’t.”

“Bullying. I do not approve of the strong lording their will over those unable to stand up for themselves. If someone is struggling, it is our duty to offer aid”

“As mentioned earlier, I enjoy reading. It is a calming activity that Jurr and I can do together since she doesn’t quite share my love of surfing and water sports.”

Kouya & Torahiko interview

Hey guys, Zeny here! A few months ago I mentioned that there were silly in-character interviews of the cast on the old 2004 Morenatsu website. These interviews involved Kouya asking questions to the various cast members. Recently, my pal @catwithbenefits translated one of the interviews for me! The most interesting note here is that Torahiko was originally planned to be part of a biker gang.

Kouya: Evening. I'm Kouya Aotsuki. Our guest today is a guy who's always racing around on his bicycle. The posterboy of Minasato, he's the... 5th boss of Minasato's biker gang? Let's welcome Torahiko Oshima.

Torahiko:  Yoooo. Y'know it's real weird hearing you talk like that. (laughs)

Kouya: Ehh, it's a part time gig. Just for show. ... Now then, how long've you been running around in the gang? And on a bike of all things.

Torahiko:  Fuck oooooffff. (laughs) I don't got the cash or time to get a license.

Kouya: So no one objects to your gang activities?

Torahiko: It may be a biker gang, but... we just ride around our bikes to kill time, right? Outside of the first guys, no one does any kind of criminal stuff.

Kouya:  The first guys... (wide eyed) Come to think of, that one day, I... well, let's set that aside for now. I've got a mountain of letters with questions for you, Tory.

Torahiko: Woah, no kidding?

Kouya:  Our first question is... "Hey Torahiko, please tell me your dreams for the future!" from T in Minasato, age 15... Well what do you think?

Torahiko: Hum, I suppose... I'd be a chef. Not really with any kind of cuisine, just a guy who makes tasty food.

Kouya: Ahh, the kitchen. I see. What would you say is your specialty?

Torahiko:  Specialty huh? Mmmnn... I guess I'm good at filleted fish.

Kouya:  Pfft, you can that a specialty? ... Err, sorry. Picked up some interference. Anyway, on with the next question. This is from Y, age 19, in Musashimurayama. She writes, "Torahiko, big burly tiger guys like you who're sweet and friendly are TOTALLY my type! I've always had my eye on you! Please marry me! <3" Geez Tory, you're no celebrity but I'm afraid you've got an ardent admirer with this sudden love letter.

Torahiko: Aaah... (looks nervous and absently scratches his cheek) I mean, that's high praise, but uhh... there's kind of already someone I, uhh...

Kouya: Oh yeah?

Torahiko:  ("I'm fucked" expression) ... Forget it.

Kouya: Hey director, c'mere. (beckons over)

Director: M'yeah, whatSUP?

Kouya:  Can you edit that last scene so we can replay it?

Director: You GOT IT!

Torahiko: (astonished blink) Kouya? What was that?

Kouya: Nothin', cram it. Err, I mean don't worry about it.

Torahiko: Aaah... (looks nervous and absently scratches his cheek) I mean, that's high praise, but uhh... there's kind of already someone I, uhh...

Kouya: Maybe you misunderstood me. So is there someone you like, or?

Torahiko: Yeah.

Kouya:  Maybe you misunderstood me. (annoyed glare)

Torahiko: Well that's, it just... sort of... I mean a guy like me with a kid like that... (ears sink)

Kouya:  So they're a bit on the fresh side, you say. I imagine Ms. Y is crying in front of her television right now.

Torahiko:  It ain't like I'm gonna marry some lady I never even met. Even you'd drag your heels at that.

Kouya: Instead of coming down so harshly, you could say something a lot more innocuous like "Thanks for the encouragement. I'll do my best for you. I appreciate it." you know, Torahiko. Still a lot to learn, huh. (smirks)

Torahiko:  Hey, I aint like you at all so I'm not used to that sort of thing, prick. It's fine. You're the ladykiller.

Kouya: (blink) ... ... What're you trying to say.

Torahiko: Heh, take a wild guess. (snorts)

Kouya:  ... ... ... (staring daggers, as if to say "you won't get the best of me")

Direction: Kouya, take it easy!

Torahiko:  Ooh, I'm shaking in my boots. (Answers in a cocky tone with a surreptitious smile)

Kouya:  ... Asshole... (clenches his fist tightly)

Director: Dude! Kouya!

Kouya:  ...Apologies. I lost my train of thought.... Well now, I'm afraid we're about out of time. Torahiko Oshima, thanks for joining us.

Torahiko:  Well alrighty then, Kouya. I'll be waiting for you back stage. (smirk)

Kouya:  ... Join us for our next guest, a much talked about prodigal young gamer, Shun Kodori. Anyway folks, thank you for watching. ...Dammit, you think I'm gonna stand for that!? Why that-
