Add mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds and allow it to splutter. Add curry leaves and half chopped onion and saute well. Step 2 : Add half chopped tomato eggplant or brinjal and saute. Once it is soft and mushy add 1 cup tamarind water. Step 3 : Add salt to taste, indian chilli and coriander powder and allow it to come to a boil.
