More flowers from the Indian Rope Hoya (hoya carnosa compacta) also hindu rope plant, the porcelain flower or wax plant it’s a cultivar of hoya carnosa. Found in Queensland, and some parts of Asia. Hoya is usually an epiphyte so it needs good drainage and a slightly moist environment. It does not need a big pot and several of my Hoyas have been in the same pots for the last 20 years. The compacta is in quite a small pot and has shade on the pot and full sun on the leaves. Pretty easy to propagate by cutting or layering. The statue is Dewi Sri a rice goddess who we brought back from a specialist stone carving village near Ubud in Bali. #hoya #flower #HoyaCarnosaCompacta #indianrope #vine #climber #waxflower #abcmygarden #pink #AustralianNative #DewiSri (at Belmont, New South Wales, Australia) https://www.instagram.com/p/CoJnxMsvo3F/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=
