and ftr the pts i work with are people who often cannot take care of themselves or coexist in group homes. like willingly living in their own filth sitting in their piss and shit not eating, threatening neighbors with weapons, running down the highway or getting stuck in crevices, etc. i don't trust anyone talking about healthcare on tumblr unless they've worked with or were that pt 😁

me and the nurse were both SA'd by this pt two weeks ago and the only reason we thought it was funny was because he was confused af. i ended up switching my assignment but you can imagine why we might use PRN's and restraints if we couldn't have done that
