“Agen” from agender, “dro” from andro, “apathetic” from gender apathetic.
Definition & Experiences.
Agendroapathetic is somebody who is agender and gender apathetic, and is most comfortable and/or feels apathetic towards being perceived, called or treated as a man, or masculine, as opposed to other genders. So while gender apathetic might fall under agenderness, and agender under gender apatheticness, they identify as both or something between the two.
Someone who is agendroapathetic might call themselves cisgender or transgender, none or in between, depending on their experiences.
Someone who is agendroapathetic might feel aversion to being called anything other than by genderless and/or masculine honorifics, pronouns, etc. So, they feel wrong being called a woman, for example. While they feel gender apathetic towards being perceived as a man, they might not feel apathetic towards being perceived as other genders and actively refuse being called such.
Someone who is agendroapathetic might be okay with being called a man, due to this gender being assigned at birth to them and/or having lived the majority of their lives mostly as a man, therefore they are used to it and do not care to change the perception of those around them. So while they might not be a man, they might identify as, or call themselves so for “simplicity’s sake”, for example.
Someone who is agendroapathetic might feel like agender is their main identity.
The black stripes represent the being devoid of gender. The grey stripes represent the shades at which one is devoid of gender. Brown, alike the inersgender flag, represents being apathetic, lazy or that lack of importance they feel towards being gendered as something, or being a man is not important to their identity. Muted blue is for masculinity, being perceived as a man, being comfortable with or having a preference towards masculinity and the male gender. And finally, green to represent agenderness.
