Imagine your child goes missing for weeks, months, years??? and when they show back up, they explain that they were taken to this train in an unknown location, where they joined a cult, shot their eye out with a harpoon gun, watched a teenager get kicked to their death (it's okay, she survived) and watched an alien monster suck out the soul of another teenager until his skeleton crumbled to ash (that one didn't survive). Why the hell are they canceling this show?! There are so many different stories that they could have expanded on, and out of all of them, even Amelia & Hazel, I want to see Lucy's full story:

I like how your Infinity Train stories feature Lucy, she's an interesting character & we can see she cares alot about Grace & Simon, whilst also having empathy for denizens despite the teachings given to her. I have a headcanon Lucy came from an abusive home & saw Grace & Simon as better parents.

If its ok to ask a question about Grace heals, what was the book, Lucy threw away, was it an Apex rulebook?

Yes, Lucy was going to try to rebrand the Apex rulebook with more inclusive language and less oppression, but ultimately realized that harboring old ways and trying to recycle them wasn't actually what she wanted to do, after all. The system is broken, and if she was gonna move forward, she wanted a whole new way, not some trickled down remixed Apex theology.
