As INFJs we need to be aware of this tendency. It’s okay to practice setting boundaries. A polite response and saying no thank you to hangouts (without listing excuses to justify!) should be fine for anyone who respects you. Of course don’t isolate yourself but it’s okay to recharge. We are very much like the tides, we come and go.
