Coming from someone who’s on the ace sexual spectrum, what pissed me off the most is when people say that asexuals can’t/are entirely repulsed by sex. Same with aromatics, that they can’t love/repulsed by love(and sometimes sex, WRONG ONE GUYS)—or when people say asexuals also don’t feel love. That’s aroace. AUGH

The term Aroace (Asexual + aromatic) is a spectrum

Asexual is a spectrum.

Aromatic is a spectrum.

Asexuals do not feel the need to do the deed. While yes, sometimes they’re repulsed by it, not all asexuals are. My MOM is asexual, and she still had me and my brother?? They CAN also FEEL LOVE.

Aromatics do not feel love(sometimes) but they can, under certain circumstances, depending o bc the person on the spectrum, feel love. It could just be VERY rare to non at all. And they still feel sexual attraction. (They also have aesthetic attraction—again depending on the person)

Aroace people can sometimes feel love or sexual attraction depending on where they are in the spectrum. But they still have familial love.

It’s a spectrum guys, asexuals can, and some will, have sex. Aromatics can, and some will, love. Aroaces can love and have sex, and some will.

So uh, yeah. This is just a little rant, but yk

What if I started a group chat for info dumping/special interests?

Right now I'm fixating on dnd and the way the two primary antagonists are written in the bright sessions, but I dont really have people I could share with without the fear I'm annoying them.

I know I'm not the only person with this problem, so what if I made a space specially for it? So none of us have to worry about annoying someone, and we get to share cool stuff with people who understand the unique way we fixate on things.
