"All the world is entangled in meaningless rituals and knows not the inner workings of God." (Guru Gobind Singh)
Hoje sei que preciso mais de mim do que de qualquer outra pessoa no mundo.
Todos podem me abandonar, doerá com certeza, mas nada é mais doloroso do que o abandono de si mesmo.
Preciso me (re)encontrar, preciso me sentir presente aqui.
One of the faculties that help us most along the spiritual path is conscious astral projection. All those who begin to astral project will start to guide themselves and will be preparing to guide others; because this is what humanity needs: guides.

All our mistakes and evil come from our psychological defects or egos, which are trapping our Essence or Soul. In order to liberate ourselves from that psychological slavery we must eliminate our egos, one by one. That is a true inner work that takes our whole life, but it is truly the highest task we can engage in. Since every human being has a Soul, anybody can start their inner journey to Liberation in a real and practical way. Follow http://theawakeningconsciousness.com/en/
Practicing Self-Observation: How to Walk Safely on the Inner Path
Over the past weeks, we have explored the true purpose of inner work — the awakening of consciousness — and the essential method that makes it possible: self-observation.
This week, we enter more practical territory. ✨
But before we begin, it is worth recalling a question we raised at the very start of this series:
“How can we ensure that we engage in a safe, sincere, and meaningful inner path—one that does not mislead or disappoint us, but actually carries us toward the depth we long for?”
The answer begins here, with how we practice internally in a concrete way, with the aim of casting light into our inner word. And that means practicing genuine self-observation. 👁️
Self-observation is powerful, but like any important tool, it must be approached with clarity and balance. When we learn to observe ourselves correctly, the path becomes steady, grounded, and surprisingly simple. When we approach it incorrectly, we may fall into judgement, tension, analysis, or imagination — all of which lead us away from awakening rather than toward it.
So what does correct self-observation look like?
It is gentle, not forced.
Self-observation is not strain or mental tension. It is a conscious, steady noticing — like turning on a light in a room. 🕯️
It is factual, not interpretative.
We observe what is, not what we think should be. “I feel irritation” is observation. “I am a bad person for feeling irritation” is judgement.
It is present, not retrospective.
We observe in the moment, while the reaction is unfolding — not hours later through memory or analysis.
It is silent.
True observation does not require inner commentary. The more we name, explain, or justify, the more we interfere.
It is humble.
We do not observe to reinforce an identity or self-image (“I am spiritual,” “I am very aware”). We observe to see the truth, whatever it may be.
Understanding these principles is part of the “safety” of the path. They keep the work healthy, grounded, and free from distortion.
When practiced in this way, self-observation gradually opens a new inner space: a quiet center from which we can witness our own thoughts, impulses, and emotions without being overwhelmed by them.
It is in this space that real transformation becomes possible. 🌱
Next week, we will explore a key discovery that arises naturally through self-observation: the multiplicity of the inner world — the many “I’s” that shape our thoughts, feelings, and actions.
👉 Until then, remember: Awareness grows not through tension, but through sincerity. Let the light of observation shine honestly and consistently — that is the key. 🧭
You don’t need to feel ready. You just need to move once. Then again. And confidence catches up.
The Illusion of Enlightenment
Beyond AppearancesIn the world of spiritual seekers, the image of enlightenment is often cloaked in stereotypes. We imagine the enlightened as wise sages with serene expressions, adorned in simple yet vibrant robes, often with a flowing beard symbolizing wisdom and age. These images, while compelling, can distract us from the true essence of spiritual awakening. The Fallacy of External…
