Dear Husband A Inspirational Article

Dear Husband,

This letter is to inform you that I did not want to forget my inspirational thoughts when I had the chance to visit you. I understand that you have to have a long and erratic schedule and sometimes , our emotions take over us, so I am writing this letter when you're sleeping. When the days drag on we search for words to compensate for the lost time, but sometimes are left empty. As I gaze at our daughters and look at them as they play and interact I am able to notice their keen interest and appreciation of doing what they do "now". They don't consider the events that have occurred because it's already happened and they don't consider what they'll do "later" They are focussed only on "now" which is why they're enjoying themselves so much. They just cannot stop laughing!

I think that's the reason we remember memorable moments. We will remember wonderful and beautiful moments simply because we are focussed on the moment. We also remember less great moments simply because we're focused on the present. Therefore, the "should haves " and "could haves" don't really matter since they are part of history and can't be altered. The "what will happen next" or "what we'll do in the coming week" are irrelevant since that is the future. It's not occurred and it will continue to be changing. When we concentrate on the present moment, we're allowing ourselves the moment that is crucial and will change as it's happening in the present!.
