As we approach another #armbalance, keep warming up those wrists, but for this pose add some hip openers like Baddha Konasana. 💪🏻 . ✅ Start in standing position, feet shoulder-width apart. Begin to lower, placing one ankle over the opposite knee. I find it helpful to practice this with both legs and twist to additional opening to the hips. . ✅ Keep your ankle firm on the knee as you bring the sole of your foot to your forearm and twist. . . ✅ Place your palms firmly on your mat. Take a deep inhale, and as you exhale lean forward, pushing the sole of your foot into your forearm to keep it from falling.
