These are a few of the new series of intramural sports social media flyers that I’ve spent the past week cranking out. For each event I make a layout for twitter and a layout for facebook. Since I start with the square twitter layout, I usually prefer that design of the two, but these are ones where I ended up liking both. Table Tennis and Ultimate Frisbee are my favorites. I’ll post the rest soon.

Happy 30th Birthday Nikki Reed!
Today's episode will speak to Dr. Selamawit Terrefe and Dr. Frank Wilderson III focusing on the political discourse and theoretical project of Afropessimism. This conversation was recorded a day after the guests conducted a workshop introducing the key elements of the theory's formulation as well as its implication for black-led movement organisations, and took on questions and comments from the black participants present on the day. Following from that, the position of blackness within the symbolic order, and in turn, the differently gendered positions within the intramural, constituted some of the most stressed talking points as were Afropessimism's implications and relevance for black people across the globe, particularly those whose liberation discourse is tied to the claim to land.

Cohen DREAM Fellow with the National Disability Mentoring Coalition. During his time with the program, he created a new guidebook on how campus intramural sports and recreation programs could attract and include students, staff, and faculty with disabilities. In this capstone presentation, TJ will explain his research and key recommendations for recreation programs. He will also talk about how his experience and love for sports, along with his insights on sports and disability, led him to create this guidebook in the first place.
