I'm not one of those people who started out with an easy life. My parents was definitely not the Huxtable's more like Ike and Tina 😂. And I wasn't born into a rich family but they did there best to provide. I experienced a lot of toxicity growing up. I made a lot of bad choices as a result. I also realize that certain people are born with certain paths of life that seem way harder than others. I'm one of those people. But I also realize that it's STILL NO EXCUSE TO LOSE YOUR SOUL. Sure the soul can become fragmented along the way but once you know better you do better and you can gain those fragmented pieces of the soul right back. I've overcome so much of what was meant to destroy me, kill me, make me lose my soul, become bitter and so on...God uses me to show the world..it's never over till it's over. I accept that. I've overcome being relentlessly bullied for years during grade school( some kids have committed suicide because of this, I survived somehow) I was brutally raped at 15, suffered from alcoholism, drug use, sexual issues, major heart breaks, homelessness, divorce, ...I've managed to become self employed inspite of fears and naysayers, astute with the astrology, can still love and care like no other and I wrote a book...not to mention the countless amount of people I've helped to overcome there own fears, gain clarity, and regain hope... Here are some steps to help you through 1. Set clear goals.Make sure the behaviors you want to change are specific, measurable, and attainable. Give yourself some freedom in the goals you set. 2. Make a realistic plan. Set yourself up for success by making sure you have practical ways to reach your goals. Develop practical ways to deal with any obstacles that come up.Also, preparation can help ensure that you are supporting the behaviors you want to change and the new behaviors you would like to cultivate, ensuring that your plan is realistic and obtainable. 3. Avoid making too many changes at once. Focusing on too many behavioral changes at the same time may be tempting, but it can be overwhelming. You’ll be better able to keep track of your progress and stay motivated if you stick to one or two small, specific, and achievable goals. 4. Think Positively. Remind yourself of the reasons you’re making these changes. Give yourself a pat on the back for all the hard work you’ve done.
