The 3 ‘Demon forms’ in the Inverted!Au
Sinner Form: The most basic form for a sinner, this is how they arrive in hell. This often comes with abilities related to your sinner form. These abilities are weak initially, but they can be ‘enhanced’ by collecting souls through deals. Collecting souls can also give you other abilities as well, often transport powers (Like Vox being able to go through any screen, Alastor being able to appear through any shadow, or Maestro being able to appear via any open flame).
Demon Form: A more powerful form that a sinner can take. For basic sinners, it can emerge for a moment during moments of strong emotion. The form itself resembles the sinner’s apperance although usually with additions in theme with their sinner form. Overlords can hold these forms for longer with souls they've collected. (Like Vox’s demon form being perpetually lifted off the ground by his cords, Alastor doubling in size with his antlers extending/sharpening, or Zestial growing long, spindly limbs).
Eldricth Form: The most powerful form a sinner can have; it takes an immense amount of power/focus to summon it, so only overlords can use it via harnessing the souls they own. In this form, overlords literally take different shapes/forms based on their ‘theme’ (Like Vox becoming an electromagnetic wave, Alastor turning into a pure shadow, or Valentino forming into pure smoke in his shape).
