Xinnan Global provided free healthcare around the world! usually just chills , has a very good working condition for any doctor and medical professional+patient. does charity work, and in his own time, is a hero in disguise! mostly considers himself underdog hero/vigilante, but he's well known. helps superman/metropolis heroes with evacuation, medical aid, and ensures cityscape reconstruction during the aftermath. occasionally drops in at the daily planet cuz yk why not, a favourite of the employees there.)

(the only medic on this fuckass hero team. very well known unbelievably ethical doctor and MADE HEALTHCARE FREE!!! past shield agent, has a very tiny, undetectable shard of the reality stone when it broke off millions of years ago[thor the dark world] and does slightly minor reality bending stuff, does Pyrokinesis and healing very often but can form constructs to fix architecture accurately but only if damage done within 42 hours. is considered an avenger but only says he's a medic. nerd. yeah im awesome.)
