There is no right person. If you put your heart into something, something might become wonderful. You must understand you have your nonsense, they have their nonsense. If we bring so many of our needs to somebody else, we are going as a beggar and a beggar cannot choose. 

If you are wonderful and work upon yourself first, then there is a choice.

You are not going to find the perfect person, but if you invest a deep sense of involvement, something wonderful may happen (not because the other person is fantastic). Choose to involve yourself first.

Don’t expect the other person to be like you over time. Don’t look for sameness, it is because of the difference that you both tango.

Be involved!

I think one of the easiest and quickest ways for the fandom to get back on track, is simply to encourage everyone to get involved.

For the longest time, I just lurked around. I was content to read all of the fics and headcanons, and to appreciate all of the art. I'd like/reblog, and get on with my life.

It wasn't until I started my own fic that I really started to involve myself in the fandom. I wanted to give back to the community that I've loved, and since I can't even draw a straight line, I did so through my writing. It's not a real popular fic, but that doesn't matter to me. What matters to me is that I gave back to the community.

The past few days, I've made a couple posts and comments about encouraging positivity within the fandom, despite recent events. Trying to get people to realize that the fandom isn't going to crash and burn in a giant flame of infighting.

I think I've kinda gone off point.

But

What the bedrock of what I'm trying to say, is for everyone to be involved. Tell that artist how much you loved how they colored that one piece, or how it made you smile. Tell that author how that one scene made you curl up in a ball of excitement and squeal. Offer some words of encouragement to that one favorite mutual that seems to be having a rough day. Share your headcanons. Try your hand at writing a fic. Try your hand at drawing some fanart.

Despite what a few anon assholes may have you believe, most of us in the fandom are pretty awesome people.

Be involved. Make your voice heard.

But, be respectful when you do it.

Personal Post: Feel Free to Skip

I don't know how I feel about the U.S. response to the Syria situation. The horror of what is going on over there isn't going to be improved by shooting fucking missiles over there. It is the civilians, the children and families and mothers that need to be protected. I just don't see using military force as helping them. I guess I'm just afraid of another war that nobody gains anything from. The children in Syria and their families do not need the U.S. busting all up in their space trying to force the situation into something that looks "prettier" in the news. They need legit help solving the problem 

I don't know what will happen or even what should happen, but I don't want any more people being hurt. If missiles help then I guess that's what is going to happen, but I just want safety available for the children over there. (and everywhere else too, but that's a different post).

30 Kohinoor: Involve Yourself

The blend of her voice with the piano creates a sensational compulsion to hear it till the last bit just to play it once again. I think this one song has led to make this band one of my favorites already.

This is a Norwegian band who is going to be performing in Dhaka, Bangladesh on 10th Dec. And i can't wait to check em out
