The IPA craze is such a wild phenomenon. Other culinary trends in America often have an underlying cause revolving around agricultural economics--Reagan's sugar quotas along with the corn subsidy leading to HFCS in everything, bacon craze coming out of the pork lobby, the Dairy Council or whatever it's called making milk a staple and keeping the breakfast cereal industry ascendant--but IPAs? A bunch of dudes just got together and decided to be wrong.

havin a bit of trouble stayin focused, but I think it's just adjusting to this new way of living for now. but I got my ass outta the house and went for a run in the park, saw that the bar around the corner from me is selling to-go beer and figured why not give em some business so I bought a six pack and then found this new piece of furniture on the way back home. Gonna go call my mom, and make some dinner and probably watch a movie. Things are not normal, but for now they feel okay. I feel very thankful to have some extra time to feel happy with being alive.
