Here's my stream of consciousness designing of Ironbeard last night. His original description mentions him not having much humanity left but I'm nixing that because it's just Darth Vader, I want him to have enough flesh left to be disturbing. Most of his cyborg parts double as removable crab robots that he will send scouting and it makes his crew afraid of his apparent omniscience. I feel like a final battle with him would involve more and more parts falling away. (Yeah there's a little quick Lighthouse Willem DaFoe in there)
