A NEW BRAHMACARI IN ISKM ========================== International Sri Krishna Mandir Singapore officially has a new brahmacari — Radha Damodara Prabhu. He is a young boy, only 18 years old and he has taken the vow of brahmacarya. He is very sincere and hardworking and is a very good example for youngsters to follow. This is the perfection of education. As Prahlada Maharaja said in the Śrīmad Bhāgavatam 7.5.24: "One who has dedicated his life to the service of Kṛṣṇa through these nine methods (śravaṇaṁ, kīrtanaṁ, etc.) should be understood to be THE MOST LEARNED PERSON, for he has acquired COMPLETE KNOWLEDGE. Long live the saffron robes! (They are an endangered species nowadays! 😄😄) Always inspiring to see someone dedicate their lives completely to Krishna. This is real perfection! I request all devotees to kindly bless him so that he will become very, very serious in his brahmacarya vows and serve Srila Prabhupada and Lord Krishna till his very last breath and make it home, back to Godhead! Let us also not forget the support of his parents, Vira Narasimha Prabhu (his father) and Indujyoti Mataji (Indra Manikam Indu Jothi) and his siblings who have willingly and happily allowed him to become a brahmacari! In fact, interestingly, the mother has been asking us to make him a brahmacari for the past 3 years or so!
