I have been doing a lot of baking this week as things get harder and harder to find in store.

I sent my partner to do the grocery shopping on Thursday and he managed to completely mangle two loaves of bread, and I just couldn't bring myself to bin them. So I made English-style bread pudding just like my Nan used to make
