Last year when the official Monster High Pennywise doll released, I wasn’t able to snag one. When the second drop happened I was again unable to grab one. Am I still upset about that? Yeah. Honestly the scalpers and resellers are the worst part of being in the doll collecting hobby.

SOOOooooo instead of paying insane markups for the Pennywise doll from those scalpers, I decided to just make my own, but with Rainbow High instead since I love their inset eyes. My second ever Rainbow High custom and honestly I’m thrilled that she turned out alright. I had to hand make her entire outfit except the shirt. The shirt came from a Barbie and made a great starting point to build off of. I also had to hand make her pom-poms. Her Balloon I took from one of my Pennywise figures since if you hoard enough of those you accumulate a few extra balloons here and there.
