My take on Qi Qingqi (based off the admittedly little information we get about her) is that I think that she is entirely the kind of person who'd roll right down the radfem pipeline if her gender segregated magic martial arts mountain had wifi, but also that she's no worse about her big basket of internalized issues than any of the other peak lords seem to be, and she'd back out of the radicalization process the minute it came into conflict with the actual physical people she cares about.

Exactly like the comphet king and the other weirdos who bulk out the rest of Cang Qiong's leadership, she's got a mean streak and an inclination towards some particular brand of toxic thinking, but not a terminal case.
