"I shouldn't have to lose weight to access medical treatment because I did all the dieting and exercise they told me to and my meds cause weight gain", because it isn't safe to argue "I shouldn't have to lose weight to access medical treatment because nobody should because that's incredibly fucked up"

This is a result of internalized fatphobia.

the way SM/SG stans have turned me off the character and the actor with their bunny boiler behaviour 😫 it's unfortunate but they make my anxiety levels spike. how do they not see what their behaviour looks like from a side. is it too much to hope that one day they will feel embarrassed, they give me a second-hand embarrassment with the way other The Pitt actors now have to answer the most asinine questions

like i really don't want to be associated with people who fuel smear campaigns, send death threats to people, have articles written about them calling them 'toxic' and 'extremely online' and actively want the women of the pitt to be in an abusive and degrading situation to suit their own headcanons? neither does anyone else. truly the only image they're ruining is themselves and unfortunately the actress. maybe one day they'll stop making themselves so bitter and miserable.
