tldr basically they make you filter any kinds of pills or medication as 'sensitive content', on the presumption that showing pills/otc/liquid medication can only mean abusing them, while alcohol, weed, and cigarettes are allowed to be shown without a filter :/

gd forbid you want to draw a chronically ill oc taking their medication without having to put a sensitive content filter on it
