@mishelmiss #bootyblast part 2: squats... and I mean low, thoughts to chest, weight in heels, belly sucked in kinda squat. As I'm always looking for deeper hip flexion, I like to work the low end as well as various foot positions. Heels on the cushion allow me to sit low barefoot as well as add a nice seat to lift off of working that low end of strength. Did these 5 full range of motion, 10 low pulse, followed by some get up/get downs. I'll post some lunge work later this week, but hubby just got back from Tahoe and I'm eager to catch up... oh, and that chatter in the background is my 13yr old correcting me on form😉... #itsjustbeginning
