Got two hours of sleep in and now I'm making breakfast. Ahh, still following pilsuk's diet, which would be big breakfast, average lunch, small dinner. I have to study at the same time as I eat :s
Week 3: 30 Sept. 2012
Goal weight: 47 kg Current weight: 55.2 kg I lost .8 kg since last week. Not as much as i’d anticipate, but it’s not bad since I didn’t exercise much last week. I’m still following pilsuk’s diet. 8 more kilograms to go!
