the dream tag

i was reading someone’s flower tag and it reminded me of dreams- i really like dreams, and i try to write mine down. i’m sure there are things similar to this, but why not just start one, right? feel free to add in explanations if you want are your dreams: vivid // blurry do you dream in: short, non-related scenes // longer or sequenced scenes +usually, i mean, sometimes i get those weird short nonsense dreams do you remember your dreams? never // rarely // sometimes // mostly // always // depends +i have quite a few memorable ones. when i was younger i used to remember my dreams like crazy, but nowadays its maybe once a week or less what’s your usual dream like? happy! // strange // adventurous // thrilling // terrifying // (insert adjective) +seriously all wrapped into one, because i’m happy when i’m on an adventure, even when its a bit daunting do you search for meaning in your dreams? i always hit up dream dictionaries // only if it’s strange or unsettling // never have you ever experienced a lucid dream? never // once // a couple times // i’ve mastered the art have you every experienced sleep paralysis? never // once // a couple times // i have a condition +for me it usually happens when i change elevation? like when i go camping or i travel somewhere do you have a dream journal? yes // i have a few dreams typed out in my notes // no +i totally want to start one what was your last dream about? +oh god well i fell asleep reading Haikyuu!!, so my dream’s characters consisted of myself, Nishinoya, Daichi, Suga, and Kiyoko, and i was- heh- kind of a badass. we were on an island, and i was some sort of ghost/monster hunter and the rest of them were novices. i rescued the guys because a volcano was about to explode and Kiyoko rescued me from imprisonment (no idea why i was in prison). i literally have this all typed out from when i woke up this morning so if you’re interested lemme know bc its a little long, but basically i was in torn between my love for both Kiyoko and Nishinoya and we were on an island with haunts on them and i’m thinking of writing this into a short story literally for my own pleasure bc that was a damn good dream. interrupted by the call for lunch, so i want to finish it hehehe you absolutely don’t have to do it if you don’t want to: child-emper0r , volleyballheaven , milkmellody , iwa-please

So i got tagged by iwa-please to do this (which made me feel REALLY special thank you!!!). its a little bit of a mess because i’m exhausted from rehearsal but here we goooo Nicknames: just olive, no one has been creative yet Birthday: Nov 13, which means sometimes my birthday ends up on Friday the 13th but thats okay because the birthday luck and the bad luck just negate each other Star sign: scorpio! but im not like how the astrology posts make us seem pls i like never get angry Height: 5′2 or 5′3 (around 160cm) (tends to look up at people) Favorite color: i like sunset colors Time: 8:41pm Average amount of sleep: HA depends on when i need to wake up. lately i’ve had to wake up at 7:30, so 5-7hours. no time constraint? 9 hours. Lucky number: 13, 8, 4 Last thing I googled: conversion for 5′3 to cm LOL Words that come to my mind: “mind” makes blue-violet pop into my head, so it’s not really a word but color. Happy place: bedroom//any place where i’m at home/with people i’m comfortable with Favorite fictional character: this is really hard.
