Hey do you have any kinda like tips for a kind of more guaranteed way to get the UR for Collection events. I read somewhere for the Set List to play every day so is there an equivalent for the Collection? Like a certain amount of songs we should play a day?
Hi, I’m probably not the best person to ask. I’ve never tiered for a Colleciton event, and at this point I have probably missed my window in making an event guide for them without regurgitating information that it already out there.
I’ll do my best to give a few tips but most iwll be the same as those I give for Set List events:
So long as you have been saving LP, you should be alright. Remember, you only need 220000 points to get one copy the UR, you only need to tier to get multiples.
If you are only aiming for one copy, try to get at least 27,500 event points a day.
Make sure to use your natural LP efficiently. Don’t let it sit at full if you can avoid it, and only obtain LP gifts from your present box when you know you can use them straight away.
Using auto isn’t ideal, neither is boosting every song (in most cases*). However, if you know you wont be able to play unless you auto or boost, its better than not playing at all. *If you don’t care about efficiency, and just want to get a bunch of points as quick as possible, feel free. This is how a lot of players get in the top 100.
Set reminders on your phone. Do some maths to figure out how long your LP will take to refill. (Especially useful if your notifications don’t work.)
If you know you’re about to level up, wait until the event starts to do so. This will give you an extra boost at the start without resorting to LP presents.
Take note at the start of the event how many prisms, LP presents etc you have. This way, you’ll be able to see if you lost or gained prisms during the event, and won’t feel as bad if you have to use them.
If you’re really dedicated, set an alarm or two throughout the night for you to play a song or two to prevent wasting LP (even auto is better than nothing in this case)
But remember to stay healthy, drink water, set reminders on your phone for food/water if you’re playing for long periods of time. Obviously not everyone has time, effort, and sometimes money to do well in events. Be prepared, but don’t overwork yourself. Remember to wear glasses if need too as well. Google some hand, finger and wrist exersizes if you know you’ll be playing for a long time.
If you want a lot of points quickly, focus on player shorter songs. You can find a simple list of some recommended songs here
Play songs that have the event boys in them (ideally both of them) to get extra collection points from mission goals.
