Castlevania's Weird J2ME Phone Games
*Did you know that Aria of Sorrow had a mobile phone port? Or did you know that there were 3 different attempts to bring the original Castlevania to mobile? I didn't until very recently, and once I found out, I couldn't stop myself from diving in and checking out all the Castlevania games I could for mobile. An often overlooked and written off area of gaming, I was honestly blown away by what I found here. Sure, it's scaled back and bad in some of the ways you would expect. But they were also so much better than I could have ever imagined. I hope you enjoy this little trip with me to uncover this little known piece of Castlevania history in this episode of Port Patrol!*
