Pros and Cons

of Rise of the Guardians

spoilers

lets start with pros

visually stunning, It was total eye candy

speeking of eye candy, OMG jack frost

  all the characters are wonderfully individual and different

didn't stick to the stereotypical images of the characters

it was funny for both kids and adults, in fact the parent who was in front of me was laughing harder then his children

a bit scary at parts

battle scenes where pretty cool

Pitch is an awesome villain. He was bad, but had his reasons and I saw true disappointment and sadness in him when Jack refused to join him

I liked how Pitch was not Jacks Villain but sandman's, and it was sandman who laid the ending blows

therefore Jack is also not the most powerful, which is nice

Tooth was not incredibly busty

Cons

  the romance between Jack and Tooth was so underdeveloped it was pathetic. It feels like it was an afterthought

in fact a lot of the plot was underdeveloped. There where a lot of things that could of used explaining

Pitch's end was horrible,  one of the worst ones I've seen only beneath the death of mother Gothel

I don't understand how this is G...

Jacks lack of reaction to the fact that he DIED

some plot points where predictable

could have really benefited from an extra 30 minutes or so

from what I can tell, Jack was added later. I don't really mind (cause like look at him, yuuuuummmmmm), it just sorta bothers me

Jack does look like a Merlin / Arthur love child (i saw a post of this before) 

I find Jack's hair impossible to draw

would have been cool to see the others in their past lives

over all a good movie (obviously i think that, I saw it twice already and want to see it again) but could really have benefited from some extra work
