Noticed anyone the Chris Reccardi rat in Wander Over Yonder? I noticed him back in 2017, but he is slightly modified to be more alien like, with fly wings and other differences. Chris Reccardi only worked on “The Egg” for character design, I think, but that biker rat is certainly a character of Reccardi’s very own.
That rat, in point of fact [rhyme!], was created by Chris Reccardi for The Powerpuff Girls episode “Girls Gone Mild”, which he wrote & storyboarded. This biker rat is called “Whizzer”, part of the Dooks of Doom, and actually ended up in Chris Reccardi’s Nickelodeon pilot The Modifyers! I made a tweet to compare the model designs.

Tangled Crew Appreciation Week: Let’s Talk About Storyboards
There are two jobs when it comes to storyboards: storyboard artist and storyboard revisionist. Storyboards are a sequence of drawings, typically with some directions and dialogue, representing the shots planned for a movie or television production. The still of Rapunzel above was provided by @t-caulfield (Tom Caulfield). Storyboards can, of course, also be presented as animatics, such as the one of Varian above, provided by @kritterart (Kait Ritter).
There are a lot, and I mean a lot of storyboard crew working on TTS. These are the folks who take the script and turn it into something visual. Even live action movies have storyboard artists while they’re figuring out their shots. It’s a very important step between writing the story and seeing it fully animated on screen.
The following are storyboard artists and revisionist, some of whom are also the directors, who are working or have worked on Tangled: Before Ever After and Tangled: the Series:
@heidijogilbert (Heidi Jo Gilbert), James Suhr, @wendydoodles (Wendy Sullivan), @catharman92 Cat Harman, Casey Coffey, Naomi Hicks, Shane Zalvin, @dadastudios (David Au), @kritterart (Kait Ritter), Bosook Coburn, Sebastien Duclos, @t-caulfield (Emmy Award Winning Tom Caulfield), @benbalistreri (Ben Balistreri), Hillary Bradfield, @artistssandoval (Stephen Sandoval), @joeoh1771 (Joe Oh), and @banannerbread (Anna Lencioni) who began her work with season two!

#6 Kung-fu Pandalorian. Wow! I can't believe the week is almost over. Points to Gryffindor for Kenny Wood guessing one of my puns I had on my list. Now you might be saying, "Hey, doesn't Disney own Star Wars, and DreamWorks owns Kung-fu Panda?" We're all going to be just one giant corporation in the future. I'm just looking ahead. Peace!
#5 Green Eggs and Mandalorham. Oh jeez my brain is broken because that is a groaner. Heheheheh, and I unleashed it on all of you!!!! Anyway, I've been wanting to draw something Dr. Seuss-ish so why not here and now? Only two days left. What will the next one be? I don't know myself, so let's all journey down that road together.
#1 Man-Delorean. I warned you all. I warned you something bad was coming. I don't know why my brain likes these dumb jokes--maybe I'm old and need to be put down--and yet I live on to torture you all with stuff like this. To any followers who decide to stop following, I understand and thank you for your time. And for the rest of you still here, buckle up cause there's more coming... oh yes a whole week's worth.
