Ok so, I’m gonna try play around with this new set up. Still showing my fitbit stats, but including a picture of what I’m eating throughout the day. Usually I have my 3 meals and 3 snacks though on longer more active days (or just because I’m hungry) I’ll add on an extra snack.
First day back to work was super busy (Yay steps!) I actually went to the gym twice today. I went at my usual time after work, and it was SUPER crowded! I was only able to do my cardio (2 miles on the treadmill) and my patience is always thin so after waiting 10 minutes for a machine I left and went back later, where I was able to work on abs and back for the day. Got back on the meal planning which went well, except for the cookie… but I always allow myself a fourth snack even though I don’t write it down.
