CRAB Flavoured Soft Serve Ice Cream- That's right, you read right, it is crab flavoured soft serve ice cream. As weird or disgusting as it may sound, it actually tasted really good. The soft serve tasted like sweetened shrimp crackers/chips if you've ever had those and texture was smooth, soft and creamy. There was what I think a soya sauce based sauce drizzled on top which provides a nice salty contrast to the sweet ice cream and enhances the flavour like how the salt in salted caramel ice cream does the same. Then there are some edible gold flakes on top just for decoration and a what I think is a crab cracker on the side. If I ever go back to Kinosaki Onsen. I would definitely have this again.
