as a white person who’s never experienced racism, plz let me know if I’m 100% out of line here, but is anyone else slightly rubbed the wrong way that the dear evan hansen movie changed jared’s last name from kleinman to kalwani because he was played by nik dodani but drastically cut his screen time and simplified his character?? it’s giving me very much performative representation. nik did a PHENOMENAL job tho and hot take, I actually liked that they made jared gay

Some Updates

So, sorry for spamming you guys but idk what I have said when we like were here briefly but Evan is going to college, but that is of course online because of everything, and we all moved out of our parents houses and are sharing a place we are renting. Connor is still working at A La Mode, but now he is working there full time, and then he is the one that is cooking most of our meals, I am working at Target, it sucks but it’s not horrible, I am also working at McDonalds because my parents are mad at me for not going to college and have stopped giving me money and this is the way that makes me able to keep everyone sane. Well I mean so like Connor needs to not be working multiple jobs just because like his depression and everything that is too much, and Evan just needs to focus on school and I don’t want to stress him more, so I might need to get another job because I can’t have us losing the place we are renting and we need to keep our electric on and everything. Also Evan and Connor don’t know about all this, I don’t want them to. But I am doing good, and so is Evan and Jared, also does anyone have any recommendations for like a job that would have me work like over weekends?

Usually, it’s just something people come up with on their own to treat worms that are starting to unravel from old age or wear and tear, but it’s not a bad idea to treat the ends of your new pet worms when you get them, if they’re going to be played with, to prolong their life. c:

I’ve been using clear nail polish just because it’s what I have on hand that dries fast, doesn’t leave much residue, and I can apply it in absolutely miniscule amounts. That or any clear adhesive that won’t leave a bunch of residue works just fine! (I wouldn’t recommend, say, hot glue, as it’s very thick and dries solid).

If you wanted to do something 100% reversible, a water soluble kid-friendly glue would be perfect bc if you mess up or just wanna not have it there any more, you can rinse it away!
