For your Shep/Tali ship, what's an ungodly embarrassing moment that the other won't let them forget?
After a mission while Shepard was taking off his armor he was humming to himself. Tali recognized it as a song from Fleet & Flotilla but didn't say anything.
Jack however, recognized the song and gave Shepard shit for it the rest of the time she was on the ship.
Shepard tried to spin it on Jack ("how do you recognize it?") but it didn't work on her because Jack has no shame.
So when they were in Anderson's apartment on the Citadel, Tali started playing the Fleet & Flotilla soundtrack over the speakers and laughed as Shepard started turning red.

Rose Shepard was intent on seeing her twin and ignoring the stares and whispers of ‘look it’s Captain Shepard, the hero of the skyllian blitz’ that swirled around her as she strode down the hallway of Arcturus Station.
“I don’t know if I’m going to kill him or thank him.” she thought while rounding a corner and seeing Jason alone sitting at the bar, shoulders hunched in an effort to hide his face.
She knew from years of experience that he was doing it intentionally and slowed as she neared, glancing around out of habit to mark exit points and any blind points in the bar. “You’re hard to track down.” she said while sliding into the seat to his right.
Jason Shepard just rolled his eyes and downed the rest of his drink, “Didn’t think you’d want to be seen with me right now.“
“Don’t.” Rose let out a sigh before ordering a drink from the bartender. “I just...want to make sure you’re okay.”
“Isn’t that my job? To look out for you, make sure you don’t have to take the hits.” Jason gripped his empty glass until his hand hurt, but didn’t let go. “Some big brother I turned out to be.”
“Hey, how was anyone supposed to know that Batarians were going to attack the colony? At-” Rose cut off as her drink arrived and sent a generous tip to the bartender’s omni-tool. Once they were gone she continued, “At least I was there and able to set up a defense. It would have been worse if I hadn’t been on shore leave.”
“The one time we didn’t get leave at the same time.” Jason groused, frowning as he realized his glass was empty. Looking up he started to signal for another round but Rose grabbed his hand.
“Do not go there, Jason Shepard.” Rose hissed, not wanting to make a scene. “You were with the rescue party and made sure everyone, including me, on the colony was alright. We got lucky.”
Jason looked at his twin and could see the worry in her eyes. Normally he had to do the worrying; worry that she was the one who was going to break and he’d have to pick up the pieces. They’d gotten lucky in their deployments, never stationed too far from each other so they could meet somewhere during leave without too much hassle. He knew that Rose had only gone on that trip because there was an asari that she was currently seeing and they wanted to go somewhere different for a change. It had been dumb luck that she’d been able to hold off the Batarians until the fifth fleet arrived to rescue the besieged colony.
Nodding, he took a breath and reminded himself that they were Shepard's, they always somehow survived.
“You hear back about N school yet?” he asked, deciding to change the subject.
Rose shook her head, “Not yet. You?”
Jason shrugged, “Not yet. I did get a new assignment though.”
“Oh?”
“Yeah. Leave tomorrow and I think we’ll be off grid for awhile so don’t leave to many messages.”
Rose let out a laugh at the comment, he always teased her about being the more vocal of the pair. “No promises. Did you hear about the new ship the Alliance is building with the Turians? Apparently it’s going to be pretty high tech.”
“I’ve heard a little, it’d be interesting to be on the shakedown run.”
Rose let out a laugh, “Only you would think so.” Then her omni-tool beeped and she glanced at it, letting a slight frown appear. “Ugh. Anderson wants me to do an interview for BattleSpace. This is like, the fourth time they’ve asked.”
“Do it. Use that legendary Shepard charm.” Jason gave his sister a wink and watched as she stood before exiting the bar.
Pulling her unfinished drink over, he took a measured sip before letting his mind wander towards his new assignment. He deliberately didn’t tell Rose that the Alliance was going to lead a platoon to Torfan in retaliation for the Blitz. He wanted the Batarians to pay for what they did, attacking the colony and continually trying to enslave humans as well as anyone else they managed to catch.
He didn’t care how many casulties they took, the Batarians were going to fear the Shepard name.
Omnigel - What strategies do they prefer to use when trying to solve problems?
Rose: She'll try to have all the information before solving something, trying to look at the big picture and what the best solution might be.
Jason: Goes into 'crisis/problem solving mode' and makes decisions based on the information he has. Sometimes it works, but more often then not the 'shoot from the hip' attitude lands him in more trouble than before.
Annabel: "Can I shoot it? Yes/No, okay let's go." She flies by the seat of her pants and hopes it works out.
Scott: Scott would settle everything by committee if given permission to do so. Boy does not know how to make a snap judgement to save his life. He'll get everyone's thoughts on the subject before picking the best option and confident that it'll work out.
Omniblade - How temperamental are they? Do they show their anger or keep it hidden? What’s the fastest way to provoke them?
Rose: She's pretty even tempered, it takes a lot to piss her off (although by ME3 that's getting shorter and shorter) but when she's angry you can tell only if you know what to look for. But mess with anyone on her ship or someone she considers a friend? Honey, you got a storm comin'.
Jason: He's gotten into bar fights over the stupidest stuff. Growing up on the streets taught him that he needed to either be the biggest or have the hardest punch, so he decided to do both. When he's angry you'll know pretty quickly because he'll either throw a punch or shove you out of the way to get to the person who started it. If you want to get clocked then just say something like who the best baseball team is or go after someone he cares about.
Annabel: She would just like five minutes without everything going to hell please. She could let her anger consume her, but chills the fuck out with yoga and beating things up. If she goes quiet when you piss her off, you should be worried. If you want to provoke her, pointing out a character flaw is the quickest way to get a fist to the face.
Scott: He’s like the chillest dude in the cluster (minus those guys on Kadara with the Space Pot). Nomad busted? Oh well, we can wait for Gil to repair it. Sloane threatening him? Another day at the office. Kett attacking out of nowhere? Cool, more target practice. But when he gets angry, you can tell because his posture changes and he just stares at you. The quickest way to provoke him is to talk shit about Alec Ryder or his crew, then you’ve got a problem.

Jason Shepard
He had horrible acne when he was a teen. It faded as he got older, but every once in a while if he’s too stressed or had to many sweets he’ll breakout. Then it’s like ‘shit how can i cover this up.’
Is oddly proud of his scars. It shows what he’s sacrificed and given of himself for the galaxy.
Despite earning the nickname ‘butcher of torfan’ is actually kind of soft? He’ll spend his downtime just playing his guitar and sketching kaidan whatever he feels like. Or just sitting around drinking shitty beer.
Once he’s recovered enough from his injuries post-Reaper War, him and Kaidan get married. It’s a small ceremony on the beach, only with what Normandy crew is still on Earth at the time and what’s left of Kaidan’s family in attendance, but it’s still the best day of his life.
Favorite food is greek pasta salad with extra hot peppers.
Talia Cadash
Despite what people think, she didn’t win Wicked Grace because Josephine was dealing. She’s a card sharp and just that good.
Since she was with the Merchant’s Guild, she nearly tackled Varric when she first met him, the only reason she didn’t was because the Anchor decided to flare and Solas was like “oh what is that!?”
She mellowed as she got to know Varric, and even let him use some of her past jobs in his serials. With a names and some details changed of course.
Even after losing most of her left arm, she still takes assassin contracts. Although none from Rivain because she doesn’t want to accidentally murder a noble that’s related to Josie.
Max Wainwright
Met Daniel Jackson at University of Illinois when they were competing for the same grant and had to write a proposal together. They didn’t get it, but they kept hanging out between classes and became really good friends.
At first thought his theory about the pyramids was a little weird, but encouraged him to keep at it. Then when he got laughed at his presentation and the resulting backlash from the rest of the academic world, she kept in contact and supported him (ironically it was that support that eventually led to her involvement in the Stargate Program).
Played soccer in high school and almost got a collage scholarship, but broke her arm two weeks before the scout showed up so she ended up missing out on it. She was going to attend USC for sports medicine, but once it looked like she wasn’t going to get a scholarship she decided to look for more affordable schools and decided to go into teaching instead.
Can drink coffee at night and still be able to fall asleep at her usual time.
Favorite food: Chicago style deep dish pizza with spinach, black olives, and pepperoni.

this has been living rent free in my head the last couple days James Vega saying “Dorky chicks turn me on too” like Freddy does in the Scooby-Doo movie.
Rose is Commander Shepard but Jason is always there to be when she needs it. He doesn’t leave her side when she’s unconscious after the Prothean Beacon and Rose has to physically shove him into the escape pod with Joker as the Normandy explodes.
Jason earned the ‘Butcher of Torfan’ moniker after Rose earned ‘Hero of the Skyllian Blitz.’
When Rose was “dead”, Jason was a mess. He’d get into bar fights on leave and was edging towards showing up to duty drunk but Anderson pulled some strings and got him assigned as “Ambassadorial Security” on the Citadel before that could happen. Six months before Rose was revived, Cerberus approached Jason and he was like, “Fuck it. I hate you guys but whatever” and resigns from the Alliance.
After Rose is revived they get into a semi-argument if they were even twins anymore and if so, then Jason was the older one now. They ended up asking Miranda who said that Rose was restored to how she would have looked after two years so yes, genetically and time-wise they were still twins.
When Rose sees Jason in a Cerberus uniform she’s like ‘wtf I’m gone for like five minutes and you join a terrorist organization’
Jason (jokingly) gives Rose shit for dating Garrus, “Who would have thought that the former Red would date a C-Sec cop?”
Can and have fought over the last slice of pizza.
Post-Arrival, Anderson approaches Jason and is like “you’re reporting to Vancouver” and Jason is confused because, he quit the Alliance. Turns out Anderson put it in as an ‘undercover assignment’ so technically he was still apart of the Alliance while on the SR-2 as an ‘informant.’
Jason and Vega have pull-up contests on the SR-2 and try to see who can bench press the most (9 times out of 10 it’s Vega).
