Every time I'm reminded of Jay's mom, my chest tightens when I immediately realize that Carol Shahey isn't his real mother. To those who forgot, Jay was literally a victim of kidnapping.

I wonder what Jay's biological parents felt about his disappearance? Did they go insane? Did they deeply mourn their son? Did they not care at all? Gosh, thinking about it hurts me a lot, I can't 😭

If Jay's biological parents were good people, imagine their reactions when they discovered that their son passed away and turned into a Slasher. The devastation they felt... it's painful...

Jay might not even be the name his parents gave him. Maybe it was something better? Or something worse? I don't know, but his name being replaced by a psycho makes me head spin.
