Friendship...

Sometimes when you have been friends with them for so long you know them better. I experienced something similar with a lady I attended church with; events; lunches; girls day out with etc. Had no idea that the same lady had an jealously; animosity spirit towards me. The same lady walking in a “minister” spirit so I thought😔 It went from making plans for #NewYearsEve2021 to reaching the Hotel; caught off guard & attacked. I just know I literally had to pray for protection, not to get physical & even worse Shot. 😩 This story behind her death is very much real and real to others & hope it becomes an eye opener for all. So I had a friend today tell me I was being stupid for using filters in my photos and Korean in my captions. That I should act my age. That I was “ pretending to be Korean” Firstly - To those people who don’t like my photos - unfollow me. It’s that simple. I’m not going to stop using filters just because you don’t like it. I’m also not going to stop using Korean. So don’t bother messaging me about it, just unfollow me. Secondly - I don’t have to explain myself to anyone. It’s my choice what I post and what language I use. If I wanted to use hieroglyphics that would also be my choice! Finally - Grow up. Not everyone likes the same things and has the same interests. If I want to post photos of myself with cute cat filters and use Korean then I damn well will!! It doesn’t mean I’m “pretending to be Korean”. It means this is what I am interested in and want to post. P.S. Just because I’m not a teenager doesn’t mean I have to sit quietly at home and knit if I don’t want to. Pointing out that I’m old enough to be a grandmother? Lame. I’m not a grandmother and even if I was that wouldn’t change me as a person. I would still be learning Korean and getting tattoos and listening to K-Pop. My life is not yours to criticise. This makes me happy. Korean makes me happy. K-pop makes me happy.
