GEL[ゲル] specifically like a GEL, with a Japanese hard G. notably if it was like "Jelly" it'd be written something more like [ゼリー] or [ジュレ] or [ジェリー], and oddly they write gelatin[ゼラチン] completely differently.
UROKO-GEL[ウロコゲル] from UROKO[鱗]: "scales" and GEL
ISHIGAKI-GEL[イシガキゲル] from ISHIGAKI[石垣]: "stonewall"
MINT-GELADO[ミントジェラード] I think English borrows this word from Italian, but Japanese borrows it from Portuguese, but I believe they're both referring to the same thing
KANTEN-MUSHI[カンテンムシ] from KANTEN[寒天] the japanese name for Agar Jelly, and MUSHI[虫]: "bug"
ME-DAMA-JELLY[メダマゼリー] ME-DAMA[目玉]; "eye ball" and JELLY

GEL-NI-CO[ゲルニコ] NI[二] and the CO from COLOR, so "Two Color Gel." Also the NICO is a play on TRICO, the three color gel from MR1
KAGAMI-MOCHI[カガミモチ] KAGAMIMOCHI[鏡餅] lit. "mirror rice cake" is the stack of two ricecakes placed in a small household shrine or alter to help herald good fortune into the new year. hence this one being a New Years special in the Line Monster Farm app. (There was a Hengar in MR3 based on it as well. Confusingly, there has not been a Mocchi/??? with this theme.)
