Jenarion is Talin’s adoptive mother after they lost their parents in a sahuagin attack. She’s a priestess for Deep Sashelas in their community, and they reside in half underwater and half on the surface.

Also they are both cold water sea elves, and they live in the ocean of Icewind Dale :3
