Talia thrived as a nanny. She loved everything about her job, it didn’t even feel like a job to her. As she stood in the Andy and Rowan’s kitchen, it wasn’t out of the ordinary to see different faces pass through their home. Her dinner for the usual crowd of seven had seemed to have doubled. Hearing the doors opened, she wondered who it was next. It was Jer with the twins. “Did you give them candy!?” Her voice growing louder with concern as she put down the wooden spoon to investigate. “I swear if you gave them candy before dinner...” she said, grabbing a wet wipe to begin wiping little hands. “Did Uncle Jer give you candy?” She asked the toddlers, wiping their fingers. “Uncle Jer will regret it if he did,” a harmonic tone in her voice as she kept a smile on her face.
❛ all I need is an oil change . ❜ she says as she looks at the much younger male in front of her ❛ est-ce que tu es sourd ? ❜ ( translation : are you fucking deaf ) she snaps at the male ❛ you know what just give me my damn keys . useless mechanic . ❜ she says as she walks inside the small business ❛ hello , I need my keys . ❜ she says letting manicured nails ding the bell ❛ can’t even do a fucking oil change ——- ❜ hearing the door she digs through her purse speaking ❛ can I just have my keys because cle —— ❜ she stops as she lands on the one , the only jeremiah thane. ❛ jer..... ❜

he’s agreed to this sit down or whatever it truly was , he was over it , he had only been back a few days and he had been up to date at the crime level that had taken over while he was gone. ❝ i see things have turned for the worst . ❞ his tone has pure animosity and his distaste for the club has only increased , there was a time where he would have been sharing jokes and stories with male in front of him but not anymore . he takes a sip of the beer in front of him as he looks up at the homme ❝ i heard about sutton when i got here , sorry . ❞ he was sorry , she was someone who he had gotten close to as well.

The anxiety that came with telling her loved ones about her pregnancy never seemed to relinquish despite how many people she’d already told about her news. It felt as though it almost got worse, but she couldn’t figure out what made her nervous because she was so excited to start this chapter of her life. Today, she would tell Jeremiah and try to arrange something for her to continue working because unemployment was not an option that she would be willing to accept, though, she had no worries when it came to telling Jeremiah. He had always been understanding as Blake has never been anything but honest with him. Before she made her way over to the shop, she made a quick stop to grab a small coffee for herself as well as Jeremiah’s usual order. When she pulled into the parking lot, she put the truck in park before pulling the key from the ignition, not surprised to see Jeremiah’s bike already parked outside. They were almost always the first two at the shop in the morning. With the warm beverages in hand, she made her way into the shop and scanning the room to find Jeremiah. When she located him, she took a deep breath and made attempt to calm her nerves before approaching him. “Hey boss,” she said with a grin as she extended his cup to him. “Can I talk to you about somethin’ before everyone piles in?” She asked while gesturing to his office so they could have some privacy.
SPECIAL DELIVERY: @jeremiahthcne
LOCATION: Teagan’s Home
TIME: 7:30 pm
Date night. They’re having another date night and the euphoric feeling that’s currently overtaking her makes her feel like this is a dream ─ but it’s not. It’s nothing she needs to be pinched back to life because the clatter in the kitchen due to the cabinets shutting reminds her that someone’s here, the same she’s been waiting for, as the status of their relationship has begun to move away from friends to lovers. The first step had been Teagan admitting her feelings to him. When she left for Los Angeles and when their dynamic dwindled due to life, she thought it would simply pass. But it never did. He was always in the back of her mind, reminding her of the memories they shared throughout her academic careers at Tulane and beyond that. And, any time she was talking to someone from Olympus, there was the urge to ask how Jeremiah is doing and if he was taking care of himself. It probably would raise concerns but the brunette lacked the bravery to ask. It was until she saw him in person after the longest time apart when everything felt right.
So looking back on a couple of months, times when they went weeks without physically seeing each other and making the most through texts or stolen moments, whilst waiting for the server to finally confirm their takeout order. Maybe they forgot? Or the restaurant’s busy tonight. Either way, pulling the phone from her ear and putting it on speaker for a second, she peeps into the kitchen with a beam. “I promise I’ll be there in a second,” she reassures gently. “I’m gonna turn you into the best cook Olympus has ever since. Gordon Ramsey won’t know what’s coming for him.” The slight bobbling sensation of her head and her finger snaps are quick, confident in her own cooking to teach another. But, she doesn’t tell him on how she’ll always love Gordon and the idiocy he brings in his kitchen. Though, the voice on the telephone asking if ‘she’s still there’ diverts her attention, grateful to finalize this order and return back to him. Exchanging a few ‘yes, that’s great’ down to ‘perfect, thank you so much’ with enthusiasm, she’s finally free from the phone, leaving it behind on the coffee table.
With a few amble steps from the family room to the kitchen, an arm slithers around his upper torso as she stands on her tippy toes to give him a peck on the cheek for the wait ─ it was only ten minutes but still. “Are you ready?” Her song-bird falsetto questions him as a brow arches toward him. “Trust me, you can’t fuck up boiling water unless you forget.” Which could be likely considering who they are and how easy it is to get lost in each other. “But…” The petite woman forces herself to untwine from him, taking a few steps until she’s against a counter as an index finger shakes at him. “I’m not going to let that happen on my watch, sir.” Her tone is comical as her brows and mouth corners indicate how playful she’s being with him now.
With a firm ground, pulling her teaching hat on, the palm of her hand rests upon the granite counter as she surveys him from the distance. “We got the water in the pot and a sprinkle of salt in it, yeah? I typically do it for anything I boil but I know a lot of people use it mostly for when they cook pasta. It’s a choice the chef makes.” She explains, knowing there isn’t much behind it but it helps. “So time to turn that burner on and let’s see it go. Small steps at a time so I don’t overwhelm you with everything at once.”
