AAAAAAAAA I'M SO PROUD OF THIS JDNYBYHEIU

Michael and Jeremy's relationship in this AU will be explained one day, I promise. For now, enjoy this little piece I made. By the way, if there are any grammatical errors in this that I need to fix, please tell me in any way you can.

   “Jeremy?” MK said.

   “Huh? What is it?” Jeremy responds.

   “I… What did you bring me here for?”

   “This.”

   Jeremy turned MK to face the sun, setting below the horizon. Dozens of colors and wavelengths were processed into MK’s eyes, making them go wide in awe. He may be able to describe what he saw, but he couldn’t come up with the words of how he felt. Everything was so extraordinary, the colors, the layout of the sky, everything. The stars seemed to poke out a bit as well each moment the sun set. MK’s mind was blown away.

   “Do you like it?” Jeremy scratched the back of his head. “I’ve always wanted to show you this place. I always come here when I need to take a breather.”    “It’s… beautiful…” MK responded quietly.    “MK?”

   MK turns to Jeremy. “Yes?”

   “I wanted to tell you something…”

   MK’s eyebrows raise and Jeremy turns his body to face him. MK does the same.

   “I’ve been having these… feelings lately, especially since I woke up in the hospital. I’m not sure if you’d be able to return the feelings I have for you, but… I love you, Michael.”

   MK’s eyes begin to water. His lip trembles and he places his hands over his mouth. MK suddenly embraces Jeremy, and Jeremy quickly hugs back. MK let his tears fall for the first time. He felt as if it was time for him to shed his first tears since it was such a happy moment for him.

   “I love you too, Jeremy… So, so much!” MK sobbed.    “I’m glad you do…” Jeremy responded, tears now running down his cheeks as well.

   They end the embrace, wiping their tears and smiling at each other. Jeremy closes the gap between their lips, his hands now behind his back. At first, MK was surprised but gave into it after a few seconds. All MK could feel was happy. He had never felt this much joy in one moment all because of a special someone. This made MK wrap his arms around Jeremy and pull him in closer. Jeremy wraps his arms around MK’s neck, further deepening the kiss. They then separate, staring into each other’s eyes while smiling.

   “So, are you two a thing now or…?”

   MK and Jeremy turn to see who spoke. William was standing there, holding his car keys in his right hand while his left rested on his hip. He wore a casual, blue long-sleeved shirt and some black jeans. His shoes, on the other hand, looked like his work shoes, and he normally didn't wear those casually. He wore a smile on his face, showing he was in a good mood.

   “Father,” MK sighed.

   “Say no more. I’d only like to say a few things to young Fitzgerald.”

   “Jeremy, sir,” Jeremy said. “No need to be formal with me.”

   William went up to Jeremy and placed his left hand on Jeremy’s right shoulder.

   “If you want to court my son, just take care of him, alright?” William smiled gently.

   “I will, Mr. Afton,” Jeremy nodded. “I won’t let you down.”

   William then looked to MK. “Michael.”

   MK looked at his father.

   “I’m very proud of you. Don’t forget that. Treat him well.”

   MK nodded.

   “Now, how about we have a celebration?” William suggested.

   MK and Jeremy looked at each other, looked back at Will, and nodded. They all got in Will’s car and drove to the Aftons’ house. There, they played a few games, told embarrassing stories of their childhood, and overall had a jolly good time...
