so I know a lot of people are hearing a “LET ME IN” when “Bendy” jumps you at the end of chapter 2, but @jess4ever12 has presented me with “HELP ME” instead and... now I can’t unhear it. This has some terrifying implications. If you follow the “Joey Drew tried turning himself into a cartoon character for one reason or another” theory, he might be saying “help me” because He Realized He Fucked Up, This Was A Bad Idea. If you follow the “”Bendy” isn’t Joey, it’s some random employee” theory, well... it’s obvious what he’d be saying “HELP ME” for. He didn’t sign up for this shit.

Still trying to figure out why “Bendy” kills you though if he is asking you for help. Maybe being “Bendy” can be passed from person to person? Maybe he tried doing that to Sammy, but it didn’t work because he was already in a corrupt state rather than actually human... maybe when “Bendy” kills you, he’s actually turning you into “Bendy” and freeing the previous victim.

Or maybe I’m just asspulling theories for a game with so little canon information because I'm desperate for details and don’t know how to chill. I dunno. :P
