Hello protective-Iruka! He knows how dangerous it can be to be a Jinchuriki, so he will be worried all the time about you leaving Konoha even though he knows trapping you in the town isn't a solution.

He will defend you against anyone in the village who speaks about you like you're dangerous or a wild-animal, and will bring up Jinchuriki in lessons with his students so they learn about them from a source other than their parents.

Is in awe of how much chakra you have when he sees you battle or train. Sometimes it's easy to just see his girlfriend and forget that you are also a very skilled kunoichi with more chakra than many other shinobi combined.

If anything were to happen to you - like being kidnapped by the Akatsuki or being pushed in battle enough to let out the tails - Iruka would be on the front-lines in a heartbeat ready to bring you home safely however he could.

Whenever you have any close-calls Iruka spends the night with his arms locked around your shoulders, holding you tightly to his chest even in his sleep. Good luck getting up in the middle of the night, he has an iron grip on you when he's worried.

Iruka would be equal parts terrified of losing you and in awe of you.

Jinchuriki’s are one of the most misunderstood and mistreated people in the Naruto verse. Kakashi’s girlfriend, or the reader, would not be an exception. The reader would have been subjected to social abuse since childhood. As a result, they are probably touch starved and socially awkward. Due to the lack of a social life, Kakashi’s girlfriend would have spent most of her free time as a child training and working hard. They would have figured out how to use their tailed beast’s power and would have established an emotional bond with it. I do not see the jinchuuriki aspect of the reader being a reason for Kakashi to not date her. 

Being a victim of a difficult childhood himself, Kakashi would have a decent idea of what his girlfriend would be going through. Initially in the relationship, both of them would be on guard and have their walls up. Kakashi would be the first one to bring his walls down and work with the reader to make her feel more comfortable in the relationship. He would be patient and give her time. 

 He would probably be the one to initiate physical contact. He would start with something small like pinkies touching when his girlfriend would get nervous in a public setting. Pinkies touching would turn into hand-holding under the table. I don’t think he would go any farther than reassuringly rubbing his girlfriend’s shoulder until he was absolutely sure that she was okay with it. I feel like six months into the relationship he and the reader would start to cuddle when either of them would feel down. I can also see him running his hands through the reader's hair when she’s had a bad day or laying his head on her lap while reading icha icha paradise.

 Due to the beast in her body, Kakashi’s Jinchuriki girlfriend would be a constant target. Kakashi knows his girl is strong enough to fend for herself but is still worried about her. He would want to make sure she is okay and see her off right before missions. He would also eagerly await her return and insect her to make sure she is not seriously injured. I assume Kakashi would take the excuse of making her stronger as a way to train with her. He knows she’s strong and could kick his ass if she wanted. 

He wouldn’t be too protective and let her fight her battles, but if somebody would say something to her (due to her being a Jinchuriki) he would give them the scariest look he can and scare them away.
