Unlocking the door to the deluxe apartment, shoulders slumped from the exhausting practice, Jin kicks off his shoes and calls out wearily after he slips into his flip flops.
"I'm home"
Silence. A few seconds later, familiar laughter. Jin smiles at this. Dropping his bag on the cold floor, he makes his way to the living room, flip flops squeaking quietly.
Being a part of the world's biggest boy band required hard work. And with the upcoming tour, the stress only grew. But all of it seemed to disappear the second he came back home. More specifically, when he came back home, to her.
Jin felt as if it grew to be more like their home with every passing day. Y/n made it that way.
And lo and behold, in all her glory was Y/n, sitting on the couch with her earphones plugged in. Jin takes his sweet time to drink in the unbelievably heartwarming sight in front of him. He watches as she smiles adorably at what was playing on her laptop, the light from the night lamp glowing down on her face beautifully, the numerous charts filled with sketches and plans of buildings laying on the coffee table which honestly made it look like she was a robber rather than an architect. He smirks playfully at the thought before walking towards her.
A surprised gasp escapes Y/n, a frown occupying her face when she feels someone engulf her into a hug from behind her. The frown however soon turns into a smile once she recognizes the man as Jin. Oh. She truly was head over heels for this man. The simple smile that adorned his face was enough to make her feel warm and fuzzy on the inside.
"Hey" She smiles warmly, holding his hands in her own as she turns back to land a small peck on his cheek in greeting. Jin simply bends down and steals a quick kiss, making Y/n avert her gaze and blush a beet red. Laughing cheekily, he pulls his hands away gently and settles down next to her.
"You look like a tomato" He laughs, a wink accompanying it to tease her even more.
Usually, Y/n would scold him for being a tease, playfully call him a jerk and move away before lying that she had something 'important' to attend to. But, that's not how she reacts this time. In contrast to the reaction he thought she would give, an evil thought occupies her mind.
"Only for you" she replies, smirking in victory once she sees his ears and neck growing an undeniable red.
Oh. The great Kim Seok-Jin was the one that was blushing now. She relished this! Sweet sweet revenge. Compared to all the times he's made her flustered during the entirety of their year long relationship, this was nothing.
"How was your day?" She asks, changing the topic, ignoring the complaint he was about to throw her way rather pettily.
"Yaa!" He calls out indignantly, taken aback, a stronger blush making it's way onto his face now, before getting up with an excuse about freshening up, making Y/n's smirk grow even more.
She had made The Kim Seok-Jin blush. And Y/n loved it! She knew it wouldn't be long before he took revenge, but she was fine with that.

Limp on the soft, fluffy carpet was Y/n, clutching her stomach so as to try and stop the ache that was beginning to settle in from laughing too long, as Jin mercilessly tickled the soles of her feet with a feather he found on the window sill. Stupid bird.
It was a calm, peaceful day before this, the both of them on a day's break from work to spend time together since Jin would be leaving on tour with the band in a week. Unlike what most people would think, dating an idol was stressful at times, because one would always have to worry about media, reputation, unstable work-life balance and sasaengs. But, Jin had always tried his best to make sure that there was nothing to worry his dear Y/n, who was equally understanding of the entire situation, always opting to talk it out if she, or either one of them ever felt like they weren't spending enough time together and drifting apart at times.
"Jin- ha ha- sto- ha" Y/n begs through a fit of laughter as she desperately tries to pull her feet away from the ticklish feather, in vain.
A few torturous moments later, Jin stops, running out of breath since he was laughing equally intensely. While Jin moves to lean against the couch, Y/n is coughing for air like an old woman while sitting up as the laughter dies down.
The air around them settles down into one of comfortable silence, and a wave of realization hits them.
Jin turns to look at her and feels his heart crumble. Tears in her eyes, contrasted to the joyous laughter that filled the air just moments ago, knowing that they were thinking of the same thing.
They wouldn't be able to see each other in person for the next 6 months.. And it hurt.
"Oh sweetie" Jin sighs as he moves to engulf her in a bear hug. Y/n returns the hug with equal enthusiasm, sniffling.
She was going to miss this stupid bear.
"I'll miss you" she cries out through sniffles.
"I'll miss you more"
"Impossible" she laughs after moving away, tears staining her cheeks as Jin runs his hand through her hair caringly, as if to calm her down.
He had never understood how Y/n thought she was ugly when she cried, because she looked anything but.
"You look so pretty right now, you know that?" he compliments truthfully, causing a small blush to paint her face.
"Yaa-Stop lying Jin" Y/n scolds. But she can't help the smile that makes it's way onto her face.
"But, more than that" He speaks as he cups her face in his hands "you look the most beautiful when you smile." He smiles warmly, wiping her tears away with his thumb.
"Thankyou. Although, I honestly think your smile is the best one I've seen." Y/n states truthfully, grateful to have him by her side.
"Well, do you know where my smile comes from?" Jin asks, making Y/n voice out a small 'where from?' curiously.
"From watching you smile" He replies, smiling widely as Y/n blushes a beet red once more, hitting his arm as if to try and push away the butterflies consuming her.
"You're so cheesy" she fakes a frown, only to be met with a playful smile from the handsome man.
"Only for you" He whispers, pressing a warm kiss against her forehead, pulling her in for a cuddle as she shivered, hiding her blushing form in her hands as he laughs cheekily.
Just like she foretold, Jin got his revenge, and Y/n was fine with that. Always. Only for him.

Summary: You decided to spend your summer at your grandparents’ place where you used to spend summers during your childhood. The place is filled with so many memories, some good, some bad, but all containing him.

Always Loved You (Jin One-Shot, Fluff)
I couldn’t flip the pages fast enough. Currently, I was laying on a beach chair I’d dragged out to the edge of the lake, soaking up some sun while reading a trashy romance novel. The main character had finally confessed their love to the main love interest, and things were getting interesting.
“Y/n!” I ignored whoever was calling me.
“Y/N!”
“What?!” I hollered back, ripping off my sunglasses in annoyance.
“I need you to go to town! We need groceries for dinner tonight!”
I stood up, grumbling, pulling down my swimsuit that had started riding up my ass and gathering up my bag and towel. So much for a relaxing afternoon.
Still, I guess I was here for more than just a vacation. It was summer, and I’d just graduated from university. When everyone who attended my graduation party asked what I was going to do with my fancy new degree, I shrugged and gave some vague, non-committal answer. I had no job prospects lined up, not even an internship. I knew what I wanted to do with my degree, but no idea how to get there.
Sick of people asking me about it, I finally found something to do with my summer. I would go live with my grandparents and help them out. Truthfully, that was kind of a lie in itself. Sure, I’d help with whatever my grandpa and grandma needed, but mostly I was here to get some space and figure out what to do with the rest of my life. My impromptu trip got my parents off my back, at least.
I breathed in the warm, fresh air one last time before going inside to change. I loved it here. Back when I was in grade school, I used to come here for entire summers with my parents. Between the sun and the lake, I was constantly begging to come back here. I wondered when that changed… probably some time in high school, when I started getting busy with friends and parties. “I’m leaving now!” I called out to my grandma, scooping up the list she left for me on the coffee table.
“Thank you!”
I stepped outside and began the walk to the mini-mart down the road, relishing in the way my skin warmed in the sun once more. I hardly passed a single person, let alone a single car. That’s part of the charm here… no nosy neighbors or pesky so-called friends trying to get into your business and tell you what to do. Everything had a good distance between it, allowing for solitude and that small-town feel. I loved that it took a twenty minute walk to get to the busiest part of town, which was still nothing when compared to the crowded streets of the city.
A smile spread over my face as I passed a small park I remembered playing in as a kid.
“Tag, you’re it!” I shrieked before running away as fast as I could.
He growled and took off after me, causing me to squeal and run faster, giggling like mad. I ran up the steps of the jungle gym until I reached the very tippy, top. Oh no, he was coming! He grinned as he cornered me, but I had one escape left. I slid down the slide, still laughing as my bum hit the ground, got up, and started running. I didn’t make it far, though.
WAM! My feet tangled up and I ended up on the ground. “Ouch,” I gasped, looking at my hands. They had tiny cuts all over them, and my knee was scraped.
He reached me and pushed me hard in the shoulder. “TAG!” he screamed, but his smile faded when he saw me crying.
“Y/n, what happened?” he said, leaning down and examining my knee with large, brown eyes.
“I tripped,” I sniffled.
“Oh, don’t cry. I trip all the time. I even carry band-aides around just in case. See?”
I perked up a little when he pulled a bandage out of his pocket. He smiled at me as he peeled off the backing and stuck it on my knee. “It’s Spiderman,” I giggled.
He grinned at me. “He’s my favorite.”
The boy suddenly leaned down and placed a kiss on top of the bandage. “There. All better.”
He pulled me up and we continued our game of tag, shrieking and laughing even louder, if that was possible.
I blinked away the memory, realizing I’d stopped and was staring at the playground. God, I hadn’t thought about him in forever. How long’s it been? I wonder if he still lives around here… or even if he remembers me.
Our moms were best friends back in the day, and every time my family came here, we’d always spend the most time together. He was the only kid my age we knew around here, so he became my best friend. As we grew up, we went from sending each other hand-drawn pictures in the mail to full-on letters, then to emailing, then texting, then video calling.
One day, my laptop beeped, indicating I was getting a video chat, and I nearly declined it before seeing it was him. I quickly wiped my tears away with a tissue and blew my nose before answering the call. “Hey,” I said, giving the camera a watery smile.
“Hey! It’s been forever.”
“I know, I’m sorry, I keep meaning to call you but I’ve just been so busy.”
I sniffed, and he frowned, leaning closer to his screen. “Are you crying?”
“N-No,” I stuttered.
He gave me an amused smile. “Y/n, come on. You know you can’t lie to me.”
I choked out a laugh. “Alright, fine. Yes, I was crying, it’s stupid, just some guy being an ass as usual…”
I watched as he reached out a hand and leaned his camera even closer to his handsome face, concern etched all over his features, those brown eyes shining in what little light there was. “Please don’t cry, y/n. You know I can’t stand you crying.”
I nodded and laughed a bit more. “I know. I promise, it’s over with that guy. I won’t be wasting any more tears on him.”
He smiled at me. “Good.”
Lost in thought, I kept walking down the road, my tennis shoes scuffing along the pavement as I absentmindedly kicked stray rocks. I wonder if he ever thinks about me. Probably not. Last I heard, he too went to university somewhere in a far-off city. He was probably making a living for himself, his career prospects endless… probably dating someone too. Might even be married by now.
I huffed out a sigh as I reached the mini-mart. I stepped inside and grabbed a basket before pulling out my grandma’s list, muttering as I read it out loud to myself. “Y/n?”
That voice… it couldn’t be. No freaking way. I whirled around. “Jin?”
His face split into a wide grin. “It is you! What are you doing here?”
“J-Jin,” I stuttered, still not comprehending that the tall, handsome guy I was just reminiscing about was actually here.
He laughed. “Yeah, that’s me. It’s been what, six, seven years?”
“Something like that.” I could hardly breath. He looked only slightly older than what I remember. His hair was darker and pushed away from his face to reveal his forehead, but the rest of him was the same. The same easy smile. The same toned, wide shoulders. That melodic voice. Another memory suddenly forced its way into my mind, one that I’d been trying to push away since I got here.
The soft light of 6am caused my eyes to flutter open. A fresh, cool breeze danced across my bare skin, causing me to shiver and slide my arms back under the covers, cuddling close to the warm body next to me. I suddenly shot up. “Oh God, we’ve been out all night,” I groaned.
Jin sat up as well, chuckling. “It’s okay. Just tell your parents you were with me. They’ll understand.”
Oh hell. His voice was deep and husky from lack of use, and I felt myself melting into a puddle as he spoke.
Without warning, I leaned over and pressed my lips against his. He kissed me back eagerly for a few minutes before squeezing my waist, causing us to break apart as I gasped. “Listen,” he murmured, trailing his lips across my bare shoulder. “We should be getting back.”
“No, just a few more minutes,” I said, pulling him in again.
Jin indulged me for only a few seconds more, wrapping his soft lips around mine in a way that made my head spin. After an entire summer of flirting and driving each other crazy, we finally gave in and ended up kissing each other after Jin drove us out here to watch the stars. Before I knew it, we were in the back of his truck making love. He was my first. I always knew he would be. It was just a matter of getting us to cross the line between friends and lovers.
He pulled away from me. “Seriously, y/n, our parents are going to murder us as it is,” he laughed. “And… you’re leaving today. You’ve got to go pack.”
My heart dropped. I knew he was right. When would we see each other again? Jin began pulling his clothes back on, and I did the same. He grabbed his jacket and was just about to shrug it on when I tugged it away.
“Hey!” he protested, playfully grabbing for it back.
I buried my face in the jean fabric, inhaling deeply. It still smelled like him, musky with a hint of spicy cologne. “Can I keep this?” I asked suddenly. “It… It smells like you.”
Jin smiled. “Sure.”
“Y/n?”
I blinked, looked back up at Jin. “Yeah, sorry. I was just-”
“Lost down memory lane?” he said, the corners of his mouth turning upwards.
“Y-Yeah.”
I still had that jacket somewhere. I’d kept it wrapped in a plastic bag so, whenever I grew lonely or sad, I could pull it out and inhale his scent. I’d even fallen asleep a few times with my head buried in it, making myself feel better as memories of Jin wafted through my mind.
“I find myself doing that too,” Jin murmured, bringing me back to the present.
I never went back to my grandparents’ after that, finding myself too wrapped up in school, friends, and other boyfriends to bother. Or, at least, that’s what I told myself. Maybe the real reason I stayed away is because I didn’t want to find out Jin had been doing the same. Living his life… without me.
I tightened my grasp on my basket. “Um, I’ve got… I’ve got some shopping to do.”
“Oh, right. Well, I’ll leave you to it then.”
“Do you want to shop together?” I blurted out, noticing his mostly-empty basket.
Jin turned back around, his eyebrows raised in surprise. “Sure.”
We walked down the aisles in silence, picking out the groceries we needed as we went. “I can’t believe you’re here,” I finally said. “I thought you went to university.”
“I did,” he replied. “But I graduated recently, and I came back to see my family for a summer before heading back to Seoul.”
“Oh. Did you get a job?”
“Nope. I’m trying to become a doctor, so I need to go back to school for a few more years.”
“Nice,” I murmured.
“What about you? Why are you here?”
I sighed. “To visit my grandparents. Help them out.”
Jin stopped, grabbing something off a shelf, tossing me a knowing smile. “Come on, y/n, I know you. Why are you really here?”
I scoffed. “What do you mean? That is why I’m here.”
Jin stepped close, causing my breath to hitch in my throat. I caught a whiff of that oh-so-familiar scent and felt my legs turning to jelly as he leaned down so our eyes were level. “Are you sure?” he said, grinning.
I rolled my eyes. “I’m not here for you, if that’s what you’re thinking.”
“That’s not what I was implying,” he said, chuckling. “But good to know.”
“Besides, you’ve probably got some girlfriend back in the city,” I muttered, turning away to grab something off a shelf.
“No, actually.”
“Really? The cocky, handsome Jin can’t sway them city girls?” I teased.
He shook his head. “Oh, that’s definitely not it. I could have any girl I wanted back there.”
Jin suddenly grabbed my basket away from me, causing me to whirl around. He stepped close, and I backed up until I could go no further, my shoulders pressed against the shelves. “The problem was me. I didn’t want any of them,” he murmured.
My lungs stopped working as his lips hovered dangerously close to mine, my eyes growing wide as our breaths intermingled. Jin drew back, laughing. “You should’ve seen your face,” he snorted.
“Fuck off,” I snapped, grabbing my basket back and striding down the aisle away from him.
He followed after me, his windshield-wiper laugh still echoing throughout the store. “Awww, come on, y/n. It was a joke.”
“Well it wasn’t funny.”
“Why not? What, you got a boyfriend that wouldn’t appreciate me flirting with his girl or something?”
His tone was nonchalant, but I sensed some tentativeness in the question. “No,” I replied firmly. “I don’t have a boyfriend.”
Jin looked down at me, his brown eyes bright as he smiled. “Good.”
I scoffed once more and headed over to the cashier, placing my basket down on the checkout belt. Jin placed his behind mine, and when I got out my wallet to pay, he placed a large hand over mine. “I’ll pay for both,” he told the cashier.
I didn’t say anything until we got outside, both of us weighed down with shopping bags. “You didn’t have to do that, you know,” I scolded.
Jin chuckled. “A ‘thank you’ would suffice, you know.”
I marched up to him. “Just because you’re some big shot doctor now-”
“I’m not a doctor yet, y/n.”
“Whatever. Just because you think you can-”
He cut me off once more by grabbing my bags and loading them in the back of a truck. I stared at the gray vehicle, my mouth dropping open. It was the same truck. The place where I’d lost my virginity all those years ago.
I shook my head, bringing myself back down to reality. “What’re you doing?”
Jin shut the trunk door. “Giving you a ride. Now come on, stubborn, get in.”
I scoffed, but got in on the passenger side nonetheless. Everything looked the same, but different. Rather than a Spiderman lanyard hanging from the mirror, a few graduation tassels hung there instead. The truck was cleaner than I remember. No fast food cups littered the floor, but a couple half-empty water bottles were in the cup holders.
But it was the smell that got to me. That musk with a hint of spice… exactly like I remember. My body relaxed as Jin started the engine and pulled out of the parking lot, the same way I’d relax when holding onto his jacket back home.
It didn’t take too long to reach my grandparents’. Jini pulled in the driveway and shut the engine off, but neither of us moved. Jin stared at me, but I didn’t say anything, uncomfortably biting my lip and staring at the dashboard. “Y/n,” he murmured, causing me to look at him. I half-wished I hadn’t. His eyes were filled with that same look he gave me that night we kissed and made love, wide and perfectly brown.
“Why didn’t you come back after that summer?”
There it was. The question I’d been asking myself since I got here. I twisted my hands in my lap nervously. “Because… Because…”
“Tell me,” he said softly.
I pressed my lips together before releasing a loud sigh. “Because I was afraid.”
“Of what?”
“Of you moving on.”
Jin shook his head, chuckling. “Are you serious?”
I slowly nodded.
“Y/n, I couldn’t move on even if I wanted to. I loved you. I still… love you.”
My mouth parted open in surprise at his confession. “You do?”
Jin smiled and nodded. “Yeah. I tried to move on when I realized you weren’t coming back, I really did, but you were always in the back of my mind. Y/n, I’ve loved you since we were kids.”
I bit my lip, taking only a second to process before I unbuckled my seat belt and launched myself at him. Our lips pressed together, melding into the sweetest kiss I didn’t realize I missed with every fiber of my being. Jin wrapped a hand around the back of my neck, angling his jaw to deepen the kiss, and I threw my arms around his neck, trying in vain to draw him even closer.
We pulled apart, and I smiled as I took in Jin’s blown pupils, his lips reddening from being pressed to mine, his breath coming out in short gasps. “I love you, y/n,” he murmured. “I’ve always loved you.”
My smile grew. “I love you too, Jin.”
We continued kissing for what felt like forever before he pulled back, laughing and saying we needed to get the groceries inside. We unloaded the truck with the biggest grins, holding hands as we walked up to the house.
As I looked at Jin, the sun glinting off his dark locks, his smile lighting up my whole world, I found myself thinking that maybe there was a reason none of my relationships worked out. Maybe there was a reason I hadn’t found any opportunities coming my way after I graduated. And maybe, just maybe, I was exactly where I needed to be.
Summary/Prompt: Jin and reader living the domestic life while he’s on break from his schedule
Warnings: Fluffiness
Word Count: 2,011
It’s Friday night and you were singing and making dinner in your cozy apartment. You feel something wrapping around your midsection. Startled, you drop your spoon into the boiling pot splashing water up. "Seokjin! You scared me!" You exclaim.
You hear a soft chuckle next to your ear. Your boyfriend of close to 4 years now, quietly crept into the kitchen while you were distracted and gave you a back hug.
You turn around in his arms and lightly hit his chest. "I'm sorry Y/N-ah." His windshield wiper laugh coming out making you laugh with him. "No you arent." You poke his cheek. "You're right." He winks at you and steals a kiss.
You pout slightly and stretch up to kiss him. He kisses you back then you wiggle out of his arms. "Now you can help me then." You give him an evil look. He playfully sighs, "Alright Y/N-ah, but I’d rather watch you instead." He says giving you an evil smile back.
You know he actually doesn't care because Jin loves to cook. He's the person who cooks for 6 other hungry boys daily and then comes to cook for you. You step back from the stove and let Jin take over.
You love watching him cook because of how he gets into his domain. It's actually pretty hot according to you. You just sit down at the table and watch all the tension release from your boyfriend’s broad shoulders. “Shoulder hyung”, You chuckle at the nickname that the boys gave their hyung. They love making fun of him about anything but especially about you because he gets all flustered.
You smile silently to yourself and prop your chin up on your palm to watch Jin. After a little while, Jin turns around and wipes his hands on a towel. He opens his arms up wide and gives you a smile. "Dinner is ready!" You grin and jump up to get everything around. Jin gets the food served while you get the placings. Then you both sit down and take in the smell of Jin's and your partial cooking.
"Wahh..." You sigh. "Jin-ah, it smells so good..." You can barely wait to dig in. Jin flashes you another smile. "I'm glad Y/N-ah, let's enjoy it well." You nod in agreement and take that as your cue to dig in.
After when there's nothing left, you both sit back rubbing your bellies. "Seokjin-ah you are an angel..." You tell him while still rubbing your food baby. He laughs and his eyes crinkle. "Oh I know, tell me more." You roll your eyes and try to find something to throw at him.
When everything is cleaned off the table and dishes are done you both head into the living room to see what's on TV. You snuggle into Jin's arms and his side while he flips through the channels. "There's not really anything on Y/N-ah." He tells you. You grumble slightly and snuggle in deeper into his side, not really upset by that.
"Y/N-ah."
"Yes Jin-ah?"
"Do you want to go for a walk? We could walk off dinner and since there's nothing on tv, it’d be nice to get some fresh air.’" He looks down at you in his arms.
"That sounds like fun but is it cold though?" You ask. He leans over and grabs his phone off the coffee table. Tapping a few buttons he puts his phone back down.
"No, it isn't too cold out but you should probably still wear a sweater so you don't catch a cold." You think it's cute when Jin is concerned about you like a doting mother. It reminds you of how he is also a mother to 6 other grown men. His compassion and love for his people always makes your heart all fuzzy.
You peel yourself off of Jin and pad into your bedroom. He follows behind you, pulling a sweatshirt from his drawer of clothes.
Jin kind of lives with you but he can't fully move in because he still has to live in a dorm with the other members. But while he’s on breaks before going to visit his family, he stays with you a few days. This results in him just keeping clothes and other things in your house.
You grab a sweater out of your closet and throw it on over your head. After you rearrange your hair, Jin's handsome face smiles at you. "Ready Y/N-ah?" You nod and he grabs your hand, pulling you out the door.
The sun is starting to set but it's not too dark out. You and Jin walk hand in hand, fingers entwined, down the sidewalk watching the colors in the sky.
“Have the sunsets always been this pretty?" You ask him. You've lived in Korea for almost 7 years now and yeah you've seen sunsets but they never seemed this pretty.
"I'm not sure. I've lived here my entire life but I don't know..." Jin scratches his head slightly. You just shrug and swing your connected hands. “Maybe they’re just prettier because I’m here with you...you know Mr.Worldwide Handsome.” He wiggles and laughs again. You roll your eyes and pretend to ignore him but can’t help but crack a smile at his dumb joke.
You've known Jin for about 4 years now. You met at Konkuk University when you both were going to school there. Jin was studying to become an actor while you were there studying to become an English teacher to teach Korean children English.
You were lying out on the warm grass one day, reading before class, when a shadow fell upon you. You looked up at the owner of the shadow and there was Jin holding out something in his hand.
You didn't know who he was then, he was just a very handsome man you would see around campus sometimes. "Um... excuse me but I think you dropped this back near the cafeteria." He was holding out your school ID. It must have fallen out of your pocket when you paid for lunch.
"Oh thank you...uh..." You said while taking back your ID. "Oh Um I'm Seokjin, Kim Seokjin." He held out his hand to shake yours.
"I'm Y/N." You said while taking his hand and shaking it back.
"Nice to meet you Y/N-ssi." Jin said to you with a smile.
"Nice to meet you too. Oh and thank you." You gestured with your ID in the air.
"No problem." Jin responded back.
He turned to walk away but then you said, "Seokjin-ssi would you like to go get coffee after classes as a thank you for bringing me back my ID?" You asked timidly, unsure if he'd actually want to go or not.
You tended to keep to yourself at college except for a few people. You could tell he was a very popular person and there were rumors of him also being a trainee. You weren’t sure someone like him would want to be seen with someone like you.
Surprisingly, he smiled at you and nodded. "Sure, meet here?" He asked.
Shocked, you just stood there and nodded back. “Uh sure.. my classes get over at three.”
He smiled again, “So do mine. I’ll see you at three then Y/N-ssi.” He gave you a quick wave goodbye and headed to the theater for his classes. You flopped back down onto the ground after he walked away and could finally breathe.
“Did that just happen?..." You asked yourself.
You didn't get to think about it too much because then your phone alarm went off to let you know that class is starting in 5 minutes. You grabbed your stuff and ran to your classroom.
From that day on, getting coffee after class was made into a regular thing. That café became a special place for you two. It was also the place where Jin asked you to go out with him. It didn't take him too long to ask you out. He said afterwards that he fell in love with you when he first saw you around campus but never had the courage to talk to you until you dropped your ID. Then he knew it was a sign and he had to take a chance. You're happy he took it the chance.
"Jagiya?" Jin's voice reminds you of where you're at.
"Yes Jinnie?" You ask.
"Were you daydreaming again?" He asks with a smile and a little laugh. You hit him lightly in the shoulder, "No I actually wasn't!"
"Y/N-ah, then what were you thinking about?" He asked, putting his face close to yours, looking into your eyes. You look away from his stare, cheeks reddening.
"I was thinking of how we met..." You trail off quietly.
Jin lifts your chin up with a finger and softly says, "I think every day about how we met too and I always wonder how I got to be so lucky."
Jin was really close to your face now. In his eyes, you can see a reflection of yourself. "Y/N-ah, you are all I ever see. All I ever want to see. You fill me up with so much happiness and love."
You start to blush a very deep red. Jin is also blushing at his words, biting his lip slightly.
"I love you Y/N-ah." He whispers quietly.
"I love you too Jin-ah." You whisper back.
You lean in and your lips meet his. Jin kisses you softly, cupping your chin. You reach up and grab the back of his head, running your fingers through his hair. He puts his hands on your cheeks and deepens the kiss until you are forced to break apart because of lack of oxygen. Jin looks at you, breathing deeply to get his heart rate back to normal. His pupils are wide and his ears are a bright red. You can only imagine how you look to him.
The street light above you seems brighter than before, making you notice it was now dark out. "Oh Jin-ah, the sun set." You point out. Jin looks around, looking like he came back to reality.
“Oh wow it did. Time to go home then?" He asks, cocking his head slightly in question. You nod and grab his hand so you can begin to make your way back to your apartment.
When you get home, you and Jin take turns showering. After you've taken your shower, Jin takes his so you are in your bedroom, drying off your hair. You drape the towel over your face and lay on the bed, stretched out on your back. You close your eyes and listen to the world around you.
You can hear the cars outside, softly rumbling down the street. The night sounds of Seoul and its people. The shower running in the bathroom with Jin singing softly. Then you hear the shower shut off and the muted thump of Jin stepping out onto the plush shower mat. Then there’s some silence mixed in with the sounds of him moving around. Soon after that you hear him step out of the bathroom into your bedroom.
The bed suddenly dips down and you feel Jin’s presence over you. The towel gets pulled off your face and there’s Jin's handsome smiling face filling your view.
"What are you doing Y/N-ah?" He asks you.
You smile up at him. "Listening."
He grins back at you and leans down to kiss you. You move your hands up to his face as he pulls you in tight so your bodies are flush to each other. He gently maneuvers you onto him so you are lying on his chest, all without breaking your locked lips. But then the kiss gets broken when the need for air becomes too strong. You put your head on his chest and listen to the beating of his heart. The rhythm of his even breathing, the warmth of his body, and him stroking your hair makes all the tension melt from your body. You let out a happy sigh and slip easily into sleep, Jin following soon after.
The thought, the imagery of flying into endless clouds of sunshine without a care in the world, with troubles and tears and pain away aided you in your helpless decision. The unknown man could see it himself, as the smile creeps onto your lips and he ties the pink thread around your wrist.
The sound of something burning invaded the darkness, and the soft chuckle turned, morphed and increased it’s volume to demonic laughter. For a split second, you shook in surprise and fear before everything was pulled away from you in an instant.
Open the door and kicked your shoes with sigh. Jin smiled and went to you.
“I miss you so much” he said and hugs you. He put his chin on top of your head and kissed you head. He keeps hugging you like there’s no tomorrow.
“You don’t have work today?” you asked tiredly as you laid your head on his chest. He laughed.
“I bet you forgot again. I’ve told you this morning that I’ve got day off. Oh god, what am I going to do with your head ” He laugh again while knocking your head.
“Stop it” you push his hands away and went to the your room. Jin smiled and said.
“Bad day again.” And he went to the kitchen to do his work.
You went out from your room and sit on the sofa with a remote on your hand keep changing the channel. You sigh of frustrated and closed your eyes. Then, you feel a weight beside you.
“What’s wrong?” Jin asked. You just closed your face with your both hands and shake your head. He takes off your hands and asked the same question again. You just closed your eyes until a tears fall down. Jin just sigh and hug you. “Come here” You shakely hug him back and cry your heart out.
“Tell me what’s wrong dear,” He tucking some hair behind your ears. He puts his hand on your back and pat slowly.
“He keep pointing out my flaws. I’ve done many good works but all he sees is my bad.”
He nodded and keep cooed you while stroking your hair. After a few minutes, you stop crying and he find a way to comfort you.
“Just let him be darling. Come, I prepare you some tea” he takes your hands and dragged you to the kitchen. Then, he make you face him and he bow down to your level as he wiped your tears with him thumbs.
“Don’t wasted your tears for him, this is normal for who works in the office like you dear. Beside, he must be jealous of your good works. Just forget for what have he done. People forgive and forget you know. Now, smile for me.” You smiled.
“Thank you, Jin.” you hold his hands
“That’s my girl. No more stress after this, okay? ” He smiled and take out the chair for you to sit.
You woke up a little earlier today for some unknown reason so you decided to make pancakes for Seokjin, your husband. Yes, you could cook, exceptionally well at it so does Jin. There was even a who’s-cooking chart for the week and responsible for kitchen duties each day and on Sundays he will take you to the Cheese Burger Diner. Today is Jin’s day but since you woke up early, why not? He seemed exhausted last night coming home and falling asleep right beside you and fell asleep like a baby, it was cute.
You put the a pancake on each sparkling white plate (you’re a clean freak) and put a swizzle of your homemade syrup on the top. You didn’t want to make a heavy breakfast with whipped cream and strawberries but a simple, light one. You put the tea in 2 coffee cups and set them beside the plate and clapped for yourself at how neat it looked while smiling like a maniac. You was about to turn around to wake him up but to your surprise he was standing there, already dressed to go to a meeting with the members. A formal black suit, a light pink tie and his black shoes. His jet black hair was gelled to the side as he stared at you.
You looked back at the time on the microwave: 8:15 am.
You spent that much time on breakfast? You slightly shook your head and shrugging it off after.
“Morning, come eat.” You said normally (you thought) trying to look away from his gorgeous figure. but sadly he recognized this. T_T
“Morning Y/N.” he said sweetly as he took his seat beside you where you already sat gobbling down the morning meal. He took a bite and he looked at you, eyes widened and continued eating endlessly. You smiled at this, you always loved how his mood shifted when he was eating, it always amused you. Both of you were finished under 5 minutes and finishing the cup of tea. You stood to wash the dishes and he still sat at the table looking like he was waiting for something. You ignored him, well tried to. Your back was turned to him because where the sink was situated and sensing his intense gaze, you closed the tap and turned to him.
“What is it?” you asked, your hands on your hips. He smiled, his hands under his chin and elbows propped up on the medium sized table. Confused, you looked at him and he got up and walked to your direction. As he got closer, you backed up against the counter and you mentally face palmed because you just trapped yourself. He stopped, faces 2 inches apart. his eyes scanned your body and fixedly back to your eyes. His strong gaze giving you shivers. You looked at his pink plump lips, greased with the pancake but you were sure he had lip balm on before.
You couldn’t take the pressure and couldn’t fight the temptation as you smashed your lips against his. He kissed back fiercely surprisingly because he was such a gently kisser but this was another level as you tried to keep up with him, wrapping your thin arms around his warm neck.He pushed you up on the counter as he pushed himself between your thighs to get impossible closer to you. He bit your bottom lip seductively and you gave him access as his tongue mercilessly explored your mouth. You entwined your tongue with his making it a more passionate kiss as you slightly opened your eyes to see his alluring gaze which made you shy so you closed it back.
Soon you were both out of breath and pulled apart slowly. Slightly huffing and puffing. He took you off the counter and pulled you towards him, his hands on your small waist. and whispered in your ear,
“You didn’t give me a kiss yesterday.” He pulled back and looked at you with an adorable frown on his face.
How could he go from sexy to cute in an instant?
“Because you came home and fell asleep straight away. I didn’t get a chance to kiss you.” You pouted because he was supposed to give you a kiss but he made you kiss him a few seconds ago. He knew what he was doing as he was now smirking at you.
“Oops.” he sarcastically said while chuckling as he pecked your forehead and then your lips.
“I’ll call you when I meet up with the boys.” You nodded and gave him a short kiss and he smiled like the cute princess he was.
“Enjoy your day!” you shouted to him standing outside the house seeing him off and he gave his famous grin and charming wave.
